Hey @SwiggyCares I received stale and spoilt items. Even chutney was spoilt. Putting health at risk!! And i got back only 45 Rs refund!! Is it even fair ? @Swiggy I need full compensation. You can go penalize the restaurant. Either taste the stale food or give full refund to me.

@amazonIN why are you sending all the packages nowadays without the Amazon packaging. When I complain to the customer service they say that they won’t help me and tell me to write a tweet regarding the same. I have faced this issue 3 times in a row.

When we call they tell that the resolution will be provided in 30 mins but no one calls or bothers to take care of the issue at all They also mail asking the registered mobile no that they will call but no one calls #horriblecustomerservice #pathetic
