Claude has become a game-changer for my adventure planning. Wife and I are heading to Slovenia next month for a big cycling trip. Friends are joining and I wanted to prep them for what to expect our days to look like. Uploaded screenshots of Slovenia trip route profiles + Strava activities for a similar trip we took to Corsica. Asked it to evaluate elevation profiles, moving time, total time, departure/arrival times, etc for Corsica to produce estimates for Slovenia. Not perfect, but pretty impressive and very helpful for making sure the newbies know what they're getting into!

@bairdk Yes Sir - Last June we rode Austria / Italy/ Slovenia a few times- There was still snow, albeit it took some effort to get to :)

@anothercohen We just got Cradlewise , which does this for newborns - don't see why it can't scale, though it does require a camera, but it tracks breathing.

I want a sleep tracker like Oura or Eight Sleep but for my kids. Sleep is arguably the most critical factor for brain development, emotional regulation, and learning in kids but there’s no way to actually measure sleep quality currently. Adults can track HRV, sleep stages, temperature, respiratory rate, etc but the devices for kids are glorified step counters with bedtime reminders. Someone should build this. Would pay a premium (and invest!)

Hard truth: You’ll never feel ready to do the thing that matters most. Readiness is a byproduct of action, not a prerequisite for it. Start when it feels uncomfortable. You may just find you’ve been ready all along.
