@lukemaciastx I admire how he always stays consistent with caring for “our neighbors”. That consistency and the fortitude to stick with his principles of caring for others in face of mass scrutiny is something that many others don’t or struggle to have.

When Texas voted to put the 10 commandments in Texas classrooms, James Talarico said that it was unloving because atheists might see “thou shalt not worship any God before me” and then think their religion is wrong. Telling someone a lie is not love, it’s a selfish form of hate.

Livestock produces a substantial amount of greenhouse gases, so that’s why he said it’s beneficial for us to lower meat consumption, not an outright ban, mind you.

Some will say illustrate active student involvement in learning & current events, contrasting his Senate campaign about educational neutrality & boundaries.
