Hey @Nespresso, why is there no authorized service center in Surat, Gujarat? A premium coffee machine shouldn’t need to be couriered to another city for repairs. Please improve your after-sales support in India.

Que gran servicio de Nespresso Argentina el de Reparación de máquinas. Te la retiran, la reparan y envian a domicilio en 72hs. Te mandan cápsulas de regalo y todo por un precio super económico. Muy bueno! @Nespresso

Desde el viernes, que @GLS_clientes decidió entregar un mismo pedido por separado en días diferentes. Ya no es el hecho en si, es la nula posibilidad de contactar con ellos y entender la situación. @nespresso si esto es lo habitual me pensaré seguir haciendo pedidos.

@Nespresso Hola, la nueva app no funciona correctamente. No puedo hacer un pedido por falta de stock de algún producto que la app no informa cual es, cambié las cápsulas varias veces y sigue el problema.
