Hi @SteveReedMP. Just heard you talking to @adamboultonTABB. While I disagree with your accusation that @NJ_Timothy was "Islamophobic" I can understand the basis for you doing so. But you also said he'd been "racist" and I don't get that at all. Can you please explain?

Remember THIS the next time you approach a Catholic priest ⤵ A priest is not married and will not have a family of his own. No wife. No children. His family is the people he serves. He is a spiritual father, called to give his life to the Eucharist, the confessional, the sick, the dying, and all who come seeking God’s help. And that calling does not turn off at the end of the day. It follows him everywhere. Most priests serve a parish only for a limited time, often five to seven years, before being reassigned. Just as they begin to feel at home, they are asked to go again. They depend heavily on volunteers, staff, and the lay faithful. They cannot always be available, even when they deeply wish to be. Many carry responsibilities that few people ever see. When you give to the Church, that money is not a personal salary for the priest. Priests receive modest stipends to cover basic needs like food, clothing, and travel. They do not receive paid leave. Time away is often rare and must be saved slowly or supported by the generosity of others. While many of us have set hours and days off, priests are expected to be available day and night. A call can come at any moment. Please remember they are human too, with limits, fatigue, and frailty. If you hear someone speaking badly about a priest, do not join in gossip. Correct it if you can, or step away from it. Most priests carry their burdens quietly. Many walk through struggles they never speak about. They need friendship, encouragement, and care for their emotional, physical, and mental well being just like anyone else. Imagine being called out at two or three in the morning to bring the sacraments in a dangerous area… and then still being expected to celebrate Mass just hours later. When priests are sick or face emergencies of their own, there is often no one to replace them. Yet they continue, because souls have been entrusted to them. Remember their birthdays and ordination anniversaries. A small gesture can mean more than you realize. Pray for them. Speak kindly to them. Be a support. If they stumble, do not rush to judge. Lift them up. No priest is perfect, but many are giving everything they have. Take care of your priests. Remember those who baptized you, absolved you, married you, anointed you, and offered Mass for your intentions. May God bless and protect His priests through Jesus Christ, our Eternal High Priest. Amen. 💬 Do you think Catholics today take priests for granted?? Let me know in the comment section. -The Flame of Love.

@NiceCupTea @angloid0 Can Restore win? I had no idea. Can Reform? Clearly not. Their vote share has fallen from a high of 33% to around 25 and it’s still falling. Why? Because people don’t trust Reform to deliver. I’m not about to put another charlatan into No 10. I learned the hard way after Boris.

@NiceCupTea @angloid0 This is just so much bollocks. Reform hasn’t done any of the hard policy work. None. Farage has stuffed the party with Tory failures. It may cling onto its hard-of-thinking boomer base but the rest are haemorrhaging away to Restore, which HAS done the work and has a clear plan.

The death of 20 million people would have been worthwhile if the worldwide revolution had guaranteed that we could all live in concrete tower blocks and all be equally poor. Hardly a day goes by when I don't find myself lamenting that no-one has to queue for sausages now.

Reform folk always seem pleasant, approachable, normal & decent. They are just like the people I grew up with in Walton, Liverpool. Thank God the British haven't gone away & are about to take power across our Land. It's not too late. We can save Britannia.

The whole clip ⬇️ Don doesn’t want you to see Nigel Farage reports “We’re not an anti-migration party, we’re an anti-uncontrolled mass migration party / we want sensible, controlled migration that benefits the country / we need to slash the numbers coming in illegally and reduce legal inflows dramatically”
Don Keith@RealDonKeith

Nigel Farage just said that Reform is the opposite of an anti-migration party so deductive reasoning would conclude that they are a pro-migration party.

t.co/xNrALKP2zh A British woman has slaved as a bus driver for 20 years—just scraping by to pay her rent. Her new neighbour arrived yesterday, speaks no English, and has been handed a three-bedroom flat completely free—courtesy of taxpayer money. This isn't compassion. It's calculated: the left imports voters, houses them ahead of hardworking citizens, and expects their ballots in return at the next election. Politicians dangle free homes and benefits as the price for loyalty in the ballot box. Meanwhile, Brits who followed every rule, paid taxes for decades, and built the country get pushed to the back of the queue. How much longer can this last before the anger boils over—and the votes swing hard against the very party that engineered it?

I’m not a Christian Nationalist- as past writings will tell- but the irony of people like “Prof” Roberts, who have been putting out hardcore anti religion bigotry for decades, now clutching pearls about something being anti ‘all other religions and worldviews’ is hilarious.

So Labour Together founder Morgan McSweeney’s phone - with all his legendary contacts and messages etc in it - was ‘stolen’? Its WhatsApp messages have gone to that ‘happy place’ in the sky where his close friend Peter Mandelson’s emails vanished to. This is how vetting works now
Nicholas Guyatt@NicholasGuyatt

Peter Mandelson's bankrupt lobbying firm has admitted that a "significant" number of his emails have somehow disappeared, I'm sure there's an innocent explanation for this

All they are about is bringing down Reform. They can't become a govt. The more I see the more im convinced that Lowe is working for some backer to destroy our only hope. I said to the family 2 years ago there would be a big attack on Farage to stop this revolution. Lowe is it

Just like it always happens, as we are drawing very close to Holy Week, expect more att@cks, especially from non Catholics on this platform. They'd say all the horrible things about the Catholic Church, our liturgy, the Mother of God, Saints, etc. No backing down now. You're either Catholic or not a Catholic. Being Catholic means that you proclaim the faith with courage!

72 per cent of Somalis here live in social housing compared to 16 per cent of the population overall. We desperately need proper data on benefits claimed by nationality so policy on immigration and welfare can be informed. My challenge to the minister today:

🚨🇬🇧 Mohammed Kasim, a 23-year-old Pakistani migrant, held two British girls captive for months. He tortured and r*ped both women for months. He set one woman's hair on fire and forced her to drink bleach. He urinated on the other woman and fed her cat food. He broke one woman's eye socket, leaving her blind. This happened in Birmingham, UK.
