At first I have been tasked to establish google storefront profiles for our Property Management Company Forza Commercial as well as our Landscaping company Mahalo Pro. Day to day I work on pulling lease and sales comps!

Intern season is here! What is the first assignment you give your interns? Mine: I ask them to find the contact info of 5 different people from 5 different companies. Next: I have them recreate Aerials for our owned properties.
