A parcel with article id EU917159904IN was booked in Noida on 21st May but there is no update on @IndiaPostOffice tracking system even after four days (see image). The last update shows it as despatched from on 21st. What an example of Digital India! चार दिन चले अढ़ाई कोस।

When you request doctors at @KailashHealth to prescribe cheaper alternatives they resist. For instance, I have been using Genteal eyedrops for a long time but all doctors prescribe the costlier Hylosoft. What can be the reason behind it other than commission? @dr_maheshsharma

I had regd an AC related complaint on 23rd Apr with @LGIndia . Same day I recd a call that the complaint will be serviced by Sunday. But no one visited yesterday. Is it because my device is under AMC and you don’t expect to get a paisa from me? Korean company, Indian standards!

On 17th April I was given expired double toned milk (expiry date 16 April) by Mother Dairy booth 18840, Sec 61 Noida. When boiled it got spoiled. When I contacted the booth owner, he didn’t offer any refund. Previously he sold an expired bread. Pl take action. @MotherDairyMilk

MRP of Amul slim-n-trim 500 ml is ₹ 26 in NCR. But More store in Noida Extension is selling it for ₹ 28 on @AmazonFresh. They can charge extra for delivery but can’t show a list price more than MRP. It’s illegal as per my knowledge. Kindly look into it @Amul_Coop @AmazonHelp

I had ordered a laundry service on @cleanomatics app on March 8 & paid ₹4206. But @cleanomatics has neither picked up my laundry nor refunded my money. Support too is not responding to calls/WA messages emails. Such unprofessional startups give bad name to all small companies

@RailwaySeva PNR - 8142037449. This is not for any immediate help but a feedback about the poor upkeep of railway retiring room at Ratlam railway station where we stayed from 13 to 14 Feb 26. Details below.

Checked out from Ratlam junction Retiring room no 1 - a termite infested facility with filthy WC having no jet or toilet rolls nor other toiletries. No towel either. Why no surprise visits by officials to check for themselves? @RatlamDRM @GMWRly @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia

Staying in Ratlam stn retiring room. Room is spacious but dusty. Bathroom too is big but dirty specially WC. No toiletries provided - not even a soap nor towel. No water bottle, no in-room service. All this for ₹ 2300. @RatlamDRM @GMWRly @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia

.@IndiGo6E has refused to accept that the damage to my checked-in luggage happened due to their mishandling. Means they are alleging that we are making a FAKSE claim. That’s the level of their trust in us. Well, I will think twice before taking an indigo flight again.
