Adding carbs intra-workout (I drink ~1 L of orange juice with added salt every session) was a game changer for me. After years of stagnation, I started gaining strength and muscle again. Carbs spike insulin, which opposes cortisol, making them anti-catabolic. Orange juice also provides potassium, which supports muscle contraction and glucose uptake, while salt (sodium) further lowers stress hormones and improves carb utilization. Plus, muscles need quick fuel for intense efforts, without carbs and electrolytes, you burn through glycogen and start breaking down muscle to make glucose.

Men who drink Gatorade instead of water during workouts have more muscle growth, less body fat, lower cortisol levels, and a 23% increase in fast twitch muscle fibers.

@Helios_Movement and I dont know how you can criticise my training even though 1) You dont know how many exercises I am doing. 2) You dont know if I am progressively overloading or not. 3) You dont know how much time I spend in the gym. 4) You havent seen me train.

@Helios_Movement I didnt come at you btw. Just pointed out that most people wont be able to look like you did in the pictures. I didnt say that I have any problem gaining muscle btw so I dont know why you are coming at me. This type of training is what works for me, and is scientifically backed

If i get that many messages from 18-20 year olds wanting to hop on gear I can’t imagine how awful the situation must be. So please excuse the horrendous picture quality of the i phone 5 and first Instagram filters, but if you look anything similar to this at 18-20 your genetics are fine. There’s nothing wrong with you. If you want to hop on steroids for a legit reason please do so, but do not hop on gear because you think that something is wrong with you due to physique flation and people claiming natural while they are on gear, 90 peptides etc

3 pillars of training stimulus: Volume: How much total work you do (sets × reps × load). Frequency: How often you train a muscle or movement per week. Intensity: How heavy or how close to failure the work is. Personally, I like max intensity, medium frequency, low volume. 1-2 sets to failure per muscle, 2ish x per week seems perfect for me right now at maintenence calories (weight is not changing) Whats your setup?

@ryandigital18 @TakeThiamine if you are really young(under 16/17) , really consistent and thumbpull for a living while having great habits and hormones you might see some progress yeah most people wont check all these boxes though and if you really want to expand your palate just get an mse/marpe tbh

@Nisibtw @TakeThiamine Pushing your thumbs against your palate literally remodels your face, thousands of normal people have before and after photos if you bothered to look, stop being so close minded

He could get those results completely natural. No injections needed. He looks bloated and does not have a good physique for taking testosterone since 14. + infertile. You could literally just get healthy and look better. But there has to be something else behind this. He’s trying to go against the healthy influences and push an agenda that health has nothing to do with looks. He claims seed oils are not bad for you and macros is the only thing that matters. He and Israetel is similar somehow. Telling everyone these falls facts trying to get people to stay unhealthy.

Marc completely transformed his face in 2.5 months. The process was also fully documented (explained below). This is the most explicit proof that what I say works. Here are some of the things he did: -thumbpulling -full body fascia release -high intensity sprinting + gym -cleared lymphatic congestion -fixing the 4 Myo habits -customised facial exercise routine He also won $1250 as part of a glow-up challenge. If you don't want to take my word for it, you can join my community and see dozens of people documenting their transformations everyday. He documented his progress week by week (fist pose for week 0, five fingers up for week 8). You are just a few weeks worth of action and consistency away from a transformation. Health is Looks.
