@cecsquared Scrub the inside of the fridge, wash all the shelves, etc. Test the water pressure of the shower and replace the shower head if you’re particular about yours.

@TheWomanfredi My parents have kept some novelty drinking glasses that I got at McDonald’s in like 1994. They actually packed them to move to a new home last year for the nostalgia. They’re still my preferred drinking glass and I’m over 40. Sometimes the familiar dishes are the best.

When you have a baby, people will buy you toddler sized, porcelain crockery boxsets. It’s very important that you let your child use these instead of keeping for display, because one day they’ll be a teen & still choosing that Peter rabbit bowl to eat their super noodles out of.

@AmiEverAfter Run it with the kids. Then your next 5k time will be amazing! (I did a 5k last year because Mr 8 insisted he could do it. He has zero concept of distance. It took an HOUR).

so don’t be mad but I was gonna try to run an all out 5k in the morning because I am deeply bothered I don’t know how fast I can do it prior to surgery but my third sitter just canceled and I think this is a sign to sit my booty down

@AmiEverAfter I just had one placed with paracervical lidocaine injection. Was less bad than I thought it would be.

On Monday at 01:00 pm I’m going to get an IUD placed without nitrous/sedation to help manage symptoms of endometriosis. I can’t use nitrous/sedation because at 03:00 pm I’m giving a presentation. I can’t do it a different day because Wednesday I’m getting my abs sewn back together. The need to be a badass will continue until morale improves. LFG, surgery is on.

@Nmdengel she was bent over looking into the toilet, and water went absolutely everywhere. It was hilarious. There are certain kinds that require the adjustment of 2 knobs, so its less likely a pet or child will activate them.

@AshleyInMKE I grew up south of the airport. Have to complain any time I have to go on 94 or when I have to take city streets to avoid 94. Actually now that I think about it, I just complain…
