@NoChanz That's why I don't even debate with these people. I just share my channel and move on. Too many dishonest people who have no interest in facing reality.

“Some of the most dangerous suffering… doesn’t look loud.
It looks like a man sitting quietly, trying to hold himself together.
It looks like someone saying ‘I’m fine’… when they are anything but.
Many were given a medication…
and slowly lost their strength, their emotions, their sense of self.
Not because they were weak.
But because they were never warned.
We need to start listening — before silence becomes loss.” 🪶

Anyone who says suicides from Finasteride are “rare” and therefore irrelevant should be asked two questions.
First: Are any number of suicides acceptable so the majority of people can save their hair?
Second: If the answer is yes, would you personally volunteer to be one of the people who loses their life as a result?
People can debate statistics all day long when the consequences fall on someone else. It’s easy to minimize risk when you’re not the one living with the outcome.

⚠️ Imagine losing your health…
because of a hair-loss drug.
Not cancer treatment.
Not chemotherapy.
A cosmetic medication.
Thousands of young men report the same devastating aftermath:
• sexual dysfunction
• neurological damage
• emotional numbness
• severe depression
Some never recovered.
Some never survived.
This is why patients are speaking out.
Because no life should be destroyed over hair.
🪶 Listen to the patients.

Stephen Kenney was a dedicated police officer.
After taking finasteride, he developed debilitating symptoms that continued even after stopping the drug.
At just 42 years old, his life was lost.
How many more families must endure this before informed consent and real research are prioritized?

@HansAmato Im the best example. My gut got fcked up badly from finasteride two years ago. Since then my gaba signalling is dead, before all that i was very calm and confident and i had no gut or intestinal problems..
English

I watched a guy go from barely being able to make eye contact to walking into rooms like he owned them in about 6 weeks. Wasn't confidence coaching. Wasn't therapy. Wasn't NoFap
He fixed his GABA signalling
Sounds like made-up biohacker nonsense, I know. But this might be the most slept-on thing in men's health right now
If you're shy. If you feel on edge in social situations. If you avoid phone calls. If you need hours to decompress after hanging out with people. If your default state is anxious alertness rather than calm
You don't have an anxiety disorder. You have impaired inhibitory neurotransmitter function
GABA is the brake pedal on your nervous system. When it works, you can sit in a meeting without your body acting like there's a threat in the room. When it doesn't, everything feels dangerous. All day. Every day
That wired feeling. Hypervigilance. Light sleep. Jaw clenching. Scanning rooms when you walk in. The eye contact thing is a submission signal btw, your nervous system is literally telling other people "I'm not a threat, don't hurt me." Most guys don't realize their body is doing this automatically
Alcohol temporarily boosts GABA (which is why you become a different person after 2 drinks). Benzos do the same thing. Weed too. All of which make the underlying problem worse over time. You're borrowing from a system that's already bankrupt
The fix is upstream though and this is where it gets weird
GABA production depends on glutamate conversion, which depends on B6, which depends on gut absorption, which depends on intestinal barrier integrity
The guy I mentioned? Gut was cooked. We didn't give him any nootropic or anti-anxiety anything. Fixed his digestion. Couple weeks later his whole personality shifted because his brain could finally produce enough GABA to let him relax
He didn't become confident. He stopped being biochemically locked into fight-or-flight
I think most men walking around with "social anxiety" actually have a gut problem. Sounds ridiculous. I keep watching it happen though. Fix the gut, anxiety drops. Over and over. Might just be a coincidence but I doubt it at this point

One dot “.” can scream louder than silence. Will you leave one for me?

@HansAmato With how much should we start? Can you say the exact amount. 1g is enough? Dont want to push me in a worse state. I already have Crohns disease but cant calm down the whole day.. 😔
English

Most anti-anxiety supplements are trash.
But mega-dosing agmatine changed everything for me.
1 tablespoon twice per day = mental armor.
No racing thoughts. No overreactions.
Here's how it works:
1. It activates GABA-A receptors (promotes calm without sedation)
2. Then, it inhibits NMDA receptors (reduces glutamate toxicity)
3. Then, it increases BDNF and activates mTOR (supports brain repair)
4. And lastly, it suppresses HPA-axis overactivity (shuts down stress response)
Unlike benzos or alcohol, agmatine didn't sedate me or blunt
my edge.
It just made me feel chill and in control.
If you're hypersensitive to stress and nothing else has worked, this is the one to try.
English

@ben3bil @HansAmato Can you write if it worked for you after you tested it?
English

@HansAmato I found the anime doesn’t do it for me - putting this in the cart to try. Will report back

Rotating your neck right and left will improve drainage of toxic waste from the brain, allowing you to look and feel better instantly
look all the way right, back to neutral
look all the way left, back to neutral
Repeat 3 times.
You will notice the dramatic improvements in mood, confidence and energy as your brain clears from waste and the sewage system is finally cleaned out
(this is because neck muscles overlap the veins & arteries of your neck:
when tight - veins & arteries can become compressed, backing up fluid causing depression, anxiety, insecurity, hostility, jealousy, envy etc
when loose and relaxed - you feel confident, optimistic and amazing.
You will absolutely notice the difference

Red light (600-700nm) and near infrared (700-1000nm) improves function of any tissue you put it on.
Point it at your balls, it improves androgen expression. Point it at your scalp, it improves hair growth. And so on.
It does this through universally beneficial mechanisms:
- Boosting ATP (foundational energy currency)
- Reduces inflammatory pathways & cytokines
- Builds new mitochondria
- Increases blood flow
- Improves gene expression & repair
Application is a no-brainer when trying to repair/optimize organs or tissues. 15-20 minutes a day
Noah Ryan@NoahRyanCo
Get a red light panel and point it at whatever area you need the most support. stomach, thyroid, face, scalp, balls. Red & near-infrared will stimulate repair & energy production. Mitochondria are photoreceptive. They evolved from light-sensitive bacteria. low-energy, non-ionizing red/NIR wavelengths signal healing and regeneration. Most people operate in a blue light surplus and a red light deficit

We have a very special guest this week: Dr. Mayer Brezis, Professor of Medicine and Public Health at Hadassah Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Dr. Brezis exposes one of the most disturbing failures in modern medicine. His landmark study concludes that Finasteride can cause depression, anxiety, and suicidality and that regulators ignored the warning signs for over two decades.
This isn’t speculation. It’s science, ethics, and accountability.
Watch the full interview now:

If you want stronger and harder erections, consider eating blueberries (100-300 grams).
Their antioxidant content is impressive, but more importantly, they also contain the erection boosting flavonoids and phenols;
-quercetin
-resveratrol
-proanthocyanidin
-and of course the good old vitamin C
Blueberries are tasty and can be easily incorporated into many foods and desserts!

@redpavement Youre not alone brother, i am in the same situation since 2 years..
English

I still can't get over the fact, I lost significant physical sensibility, got cognitive dysfunction, my emotions became numb, got Sexual Dysfunction, and Chronic fatigue, after some few doses of Escitalopram. It's been almost 2 years and have 0 improvement.
Doctors are no help, people around me are not interested in helping, and politicians don't do their jobs correctly. Plus, there's very little knowledge of what could the med had done to me.
So on a scale from 1 to 100 how doomed am I?
English

@PieAreSqwared Exactly the same here. After finasterid and then a bunch of SSRIs.
Had a great carreer and was extremely active. Now ive lost everything. Waiting in pain at home to die a normal death...

@aestheticprimal Lowering colonic H2S and correcting gut inflammation + chronic immune dysregulation if present is also paramount as H2S, TNF-A and IFN-Y inhibit butyrate uptake respectively (MCT-1 transporter)

@tux124567 Thank you brother 🌹 i hope it so much for all sufferers. Where are you from?
English

@NoChanz really sorry to hear, brother. PFS is an absolute nightmare. Please reach out if you need support. We’ll get this fixed for all of us someday.
English

Today marks 3 years of living with PFS. 3 years ago, I used a drug called finasteride that I was told was perfectly safe. Little did I know that this one decision would completely and indefinitely destroy my health. The totality and existential torment of these symptoms is unbelievable. I suffer from horrible physical damage to my body, including changes to my facial structure, muscle atrophy throughout my body, inability to get a “pump” in the gym, decreased mucus production, and more. My scalp no longer produces oil. My teeth are starting to chip due to the changes to my facial structure and the constant pressure placed on them as a result of this. My joints are in a horrible state and I can’t engage with my favorite activities the way I once used to.
I also experience horrific neurological symptoms. I suffer from anhedonia. I can’t enjoy music the same way I used to. This is akin to losing a limb for me. Music was probably the most important thing to me on this earth, and now listening to it feels like static. I can’t enjoy food the same way anymore. I desperately WANT to be able to
enjoy food, most of the time I am just unable to. I have issues with my cognition. I can’t remember things the way I used to, and often struggle speaking correctly or managing to do basic tasks which I could have done years ago with no issues. My muscles constantly twitch throughout my body. My emotions feel extremely blunted, and generally, I no longer feel like “me.” I also suffer from horrible changes to my reproductive and sexual health.
The worst parts about all this? There’s no help or support. Doctors usually completely write me off, and the ones who do believe me say that there’s nothing they can do. There’s no legal or structural supports in place, so I have to continue to function as normal with basically no recognition. My family and friends believe me to an extent, but the symptoms are so severe that they cannot understand. At the end of the day, there is nothing that they can do. On top of all these, people like me who come forward with their experience are often mocked and ridiculed online. We are constantly told all of this is in our heads.
I fundamentally do not understand why people don’t care. I don’t understand why people in the health space with power and influence aren’t bringing attention to this issue. I don’t understand why most institutions completely write us off instead of investigating with some kind of curiosity or empathy. I don’t understand why this issue is not treated with the urgency it so desperately deserves.
People need to care about this. This could easily happen to your brother, your friend, your husband, or father, given how pervasive this drug is. Telehealth companies continue to profit while young men are losing their lives due to this. This has to change now. We need full recognition of what finasteride can do to people as well as continued research efforts to fix this. No one, not a soul on this earth deserves to live this way. Every day, I think of the healthy 21 year old I was before all this. I think of the people who are unfortunately going to go through the same thing if something doesn’t change.
