@rileyanderz Works well but backfired for me due to Vit A (in this case it’s beta carotene) processing issues. Choked up my liver

Astaxanthin one of the most powerful membrane- and mitochondrial-protective compounds. Have seen Zedzies and others talk about its benefits in protecting mitochondrial membrane and integrity. ALSO has some evidence showing mast cell stabilization, as well as anecdotes...

how long u last in bed is a longevity marker more than half of the men with premature ejaculation has issues with their prostate an inflamed prostate swells up and gets more sensitive to stimuli, lowering the treshold for the ejaculatory reflex to manifest itself.

@MikhailaFuller Acetylaldehyde from mycotoxins also siphons molybdenum and impairs COQ10 synthesis, as well as skewing the gut to H2S dysbiosis generally (and more fungus, Candida) H2S, missing MO for SUOX, and MO+Q10 for SQOR may explain your Dads and fam’s adverse experiences to Sulfur

I’m so glad you figured it out! My dog (from childhood) was so sick too. Poor animal. So anxious. At the time we thought it was kind of funny, “what a perfect dog for a sick family, he fits right in”. Super silly in hindsight. Caused by mold in our basement (where the HVAC was).
Chloe Kudler@chloe_kudler

Mold? Yes, mold. For a decade, doctors told me I had hashimoto’s, chronic fatigue syndrome, high cortisol, low cortisol, chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune issues with an unknown cause, hormonal imbalances, and nervous system dysregulation. Lol, I laugh writing these because the labels are useless. My blood work would always come back normal. This year my health declined with strange symptoms, and the turning point was getting out of breath just walking up a flight of stairs while my dog also got sick repeatedly. I had been ignoring my symptoms after years of the medical system failing me, but I’m grateful I trusted my intuition that something wasn’t right. I tried dozens of protocols over the last decade. At one point, I was taking 40 supplements per day. A few months ago, I found mold in my condo. I remembered reading about Mikhaila Peterson getting super sick from mold, and I immediately went to read her blog posts and watch her podcast on this. Having this information from her saved me from going down another rabbit hole with practitioners who would give me another charcoal supplement to “detox my body.” In her blog and podcast, she shared information about the Shoemaker Protocol. Immediately, I found a Shoemaker-certified physician and was seen within the next week. After running very detailed blood work, I was diagnosed with CIRS, which stands for Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome and is caused by exposure to mold. I also tested positive for MARCoNS, which stands for Multiple Antibiotic Resistant Coagulase Negative Staphylococci. I do not think this condo was my first experience being exposed to mold and water damaged buildings. I believe I was exposed to mold while attending University of California, Berkeley. I was getting sick at least once a month in college. The reality is most landlords or property owners are not taking water damage seriously and are not going to demolish buildings just because of a leak or “mold” issue. I finally am on the proper protocol for my body and feeling better each day. Here are some CIRS resources 👇 @MikhailaFuller blog post: biotoxin.com @themoldcompany Dr. Shoemaker: survivingmold.com

@MetabolicTonic Believe there isn’t a set ideal product yet, in general there’s a of variants but some can have deleterious effects depending. The thymus extracts with the most literature and benefit behind them aren’t available anymore

Soviet scientists figured out how to slow aging in 1976. The Western world ignored it for 50 years. Meanwhile, RFK just rewrote the rules on what's allowed in your syringe. We sat down with @AbudBakri to break down why the most underrated longevity tools might be peptides nobody in your doctor's office has ever heard of. In this episode of Down to Health, we cover: -The real Soviet origin story behind Pinealon, Epitalon, and the bio regulators! -Why the thymus, not your heart, might be the key to living longer? -What the Enhanced Games are actually testing in May? -How RFK's "peptides are supplements" call changes everything for BPC-157? Hosted by @theNOBSdentist, @CalvinandNOBS, and @TJ_Bongiorno. Brought to you by: • NOBS: nobsroutines.com • The Outgoing Co.: theoutgoing.co Follow @dthshow for more!

Why does bicarbonate resolve these issues? The answer is two-fold First, one of the defining factors of sleep apnea is acidosis due to CO2 not being adequately breathed out during apnea episodes when breathing stalls Heightened sensitivity to CO2 is what generates these breathing pauses as it stimulates hyperventilation, causing a subsequent drop in CO2 that no longer stimulates breathing Beyond that the acidosis leads to reduced affinity of hemoglobin for O2 leading to poor brain oxygenation, and mild brain hypoxia causes localized lactic acidosis creating a vicious cycle Bicarbonate bridges the gap between these alternating high and low CO2 states, as it converts back and forth into CO2 via the carbonic anhydrase pathway In the process it also absorbs free protons, buffering acidity and improving O2 release from hemoglobin in the brain
Jack@jack_schroder_

1/2 teaspoon of bicarb soda has worked WONDERS for my sleep issues. It's resolved my sleep apnea/deep sleep issues overwhelmingly more than any mouthguard, CPAP, magnesium/nervous system, caffeine removal, or nnEMF mitigation protocol has. Oh, & it costs $0.01 per serving.

@dallingr @inscothen @photobiogenesis Increased intra-abdominal pressure via bloating can also be ADP (Abdominophrenic dyssynergia) and seems likely with previous mold exposure. Can co-exist with sibo or be mistaken as such. Pendulum breathing exercises could confirm relatively fast.

"What's happening to most people is they have very low energy all day and very poor sleep at night ... It's also analogous to what's happening on sex hormones, right? Men are becoming feminized and women are becoming more masculine" "epitalon also binds in the pituitary. So you're activating, you know, your TSH, LH, FSH maybe too aggressively" "GH is interesting, because GH actually grows the thymus. there's the trim trial showing that happens. So that's probably why GH hasn't had the bad longevity effects that people expected, cancer rates and immunity because it's probably helping out on the thymus side" Go watch this episode. This show is criminally under-viewed.

Apparently also potentially up to 250 billion CFU of bacillus subtilis (A lot, the average supplement has 1-5 billion generally) Spore forming probiotic that survives stomach acid, and has antimicrobial, anti inflammatory, and gut lining repair effect Produces enzymes like amylase, protease, lipase, and even invertase, enhancing digestion in states of subpar natural production

@inscothen @photobiogenesis Everything can feed SIBO if the immune system and terrain allow for it. We have to be careful not to get tunnel vision and see the forest for the trees. I wholeheartedly agree folic acid from fortified foods is bad, too.

@inscothen @photobiogenesis With intestinal methanogen overgrowth/IMO, acetylcholine levels could be fabulous, but motility just does not work well. Until that comes down you don’t realise how frozen your gut was. You see a large subset of those with IMO persistence with fungal overgrowth as a contributor

@jack_schroder_ That def further suggests a GERD issue that the bicarb could be suppressing. Remember hearing intra-abdominal pressure from SIBO was a casual causative factor and it’s rung true for me, Methane affecting stomach emptying too

@ME_LisaZett @chydorina It looks like Inosine helps promote T-Regs and a skew toward ideal immune function. Though maybe I’m way off. It seems as an A2A agonist it’s a bit of an anti inflammatory brake(?)

@chydorina Oh, it sais in the link that you posted that isoprinosine positively impacts the immune system by "increasing levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and thereby restoring deficient responses in immunosuppressed patients." What if these cytokines are already increased, not too low?

For anyone wondering, I've had upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS, essentially a mild form of sleep apnea with ~10 arousals/hour) since I was a teenager. Confirmed 5 years ago. Already decent improvements, ~80-90% there. But comes in waves. Bicarb soda = game changer.
