@SteveAustinWI Agreed. And hate to point out the obvious to some "conservatives", but if almost every Democrat in the State Legislature voted AGAINST this deal that was proposed by a Democratic Gov in divided govt, it must have been at least OK for common sense folks, including GOP.

I believe rebates go to someone who paid for something. One of the only good things about the deal was the checks would go to those who work and pay into the system if I recall.
