Interesting, I just covered this in my radio show this morning. Yes - The IL DHS Director - an LGBT Hall of Famer -will not answer questions about giving illegals pre-filled voter applications to sign and then mail directly to county clerks. When DHS was first allowed to become an agency to register voters, it was required that they verify citizenship and then send the voter info to the Secretary of State who then verified citizenship - but that process is not happening under this Woke, unqualified DHS Director.
