@History__Speaks This "underreporting" notion is pure wishcasting by you guys & is by your own admission rooted entirely in racist fantasy re: Palestinians. You also ignore the very real benefit that accrues to the anti-Israel cause by *overreporting* these events, i.e. making them up entirely.

One year later, I’m standing at the Kotel, wearing my Tefillin. Today’s my first Hebrew birthday. Growing up, I never really marked birthdays - my old man passed on the day I turned 1. But last year, after coming out of the Mikvah, my Rabbi told me, “From now on, this’ll be the birthday you celebrate.” It’s a true Zehut to be here at the Kotel today, celebrating both Yom Yerushalayim and the anniversary of my conversion. It’s a Zehut to receive an Aliyah at the Kotel - and most of all, it’s the greatest Zehut just to be a part of Am Yisrael. A lot’s changed over the past year, but my pride & commitment to being a Jew are still fresh & strong. I’ve never been great with consistency, but I’m proud to say I haven’t missed a single day of wrapping Tefillin. And I plan to keep at it - running to fulfill every mitzvah, with heart, until the day I die. On this special day, my blessing to y’all, my brethren and friends of Jews, is this: May you stay close to G-d’s path, find true to your place in this world with strength & success, keep bringing light wherever you go, and may we all see redemption soon. Yom Yerushalayim Sameach.
