@POTUS It's not a "critical funding", as the US is not going to be in any crisis, if it is not released. On the contrary, if such funding is meant to facilitate wars, then it may actually mean that, it is perhaps meant for the genocide of the innocent civilians, as well.

@barandbench It is much easier to email, than serving a physical copy to the opposite parties, as certain opposite parties DO NOT want to receive (or) DO NOT want to give an acknowledgement for receiving the copies. But, it is unfortunate that, many High Courts still insist a physical copy.

@barandbench It is actually known as the "Bench Hopping", which reflects the tendency of some lawyers to wait or prefer for another Bench. It is perhaps very usual practice in some of the High Courts, due to which the "pendency" gets piled-up.
