@stripesupport After 12 day Update: Loop continues🆘
@stripe @stripesupport Lead Support admitted they can’t fix it directly because of the "Merchant of Record" setup they need @lemonsqueezy to trigger the request But even with a clear solution on the table the loop won't stop. 2 payout failed

Stripe says the "Lemon Squeezy Team" needs to handle it. LS says they’re waiting on Stripe’s reply.
It’s been 4 months, money is stuck & the payouts keep failing.

@stripesupport Is this a bot? This isn’t my issue.
Lemon Squeezy uses Stripe for store activation, and since Nigeria isn’t supported, I’m being required to provide U.S. info like an SSN, even though my app charges in USD.
I need an actual support rep to clarify this.

@lemonsqueezy I can't activate my store. I've spent weeks integrating Lemon Squeezy into my app only to find out that the Nigerian Naira is not supported.
I opened an account two years ago because you supported Naira. I even published an article on integrating your software.

turns out there was a misinterpretation of what my saas is about and that is what caused the rejection
she was also very supportive and explained why they provide vague reasons (to fight against scammers) and that clears things out

Yet another @lemonsqueezy issue that's costing me actual good will with customers.
We have a Dunning email setup for 3 days post-failed payment, and a large number of our existing and previous customers have received 10+ of these spammed to them erroneously today.

.@jrfarr & @lemonsqueezy team, I’ve tried this more than 10 times using all valid identity proofs and also reached out to support, but haven’t received any response.
This has been a very poor experience. At the very least, please release my payments that are currently blocked on your platform.

Hey @lemonsqueezy team, can you please help me resolve this issue? I’ve been trying to fix it for the past 2 weeks with no luck. I’ve also updated my tax information multiple times, but it’s still not resolved.
