One of the most “Mike Macdonald-y” and “Seahawk-y” ILB’s in this draft. Think versatile chess piece. **Former safety experience shows up in coverage. **Long, athletic build. Rare for modern ILB. **Can rush off the EDGE. The downside? His projection places him in that mid-2nd range. I have a hard time landing him in mocks without sacrificing a greater need.

Expensive gyms are completely worth it in my opinion. It’s a little known fact that weights actually weigh more at expensive gyms than at Planet Fitness.
I actually think Planet Fitness is lightening their weights slowly to save money. I started going there and when I first started, I could only do like 10 reps with the 25 pounders. But then like a month later I could do more. They’re obviously shaving off metal to save money.

Look I’m very into health and fitness there’s a lifetime gym opening by my house and I was planning on getting a membership, starting price is $339 per month. Doesn’t that seem a little steep or am I just outta touch because I haven’t paid for a gym in a long time??

@NWSeahawk @SeahawksForever It's always best player available, but having a 5th year option on premier positions is very important and I believe Seattle trades out to a team looking to have that option rather than use it on the most skill abundant position in football.
