What should be done to a killer dad? He should face the full force of the law. Musasizi Herbert, 41, has been arrested in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Bukenya Martin. The incident occurred on 14/02/2026 at around 8:00 PM in Mabanda Cell, Gombe Division, Wakiso District. Bukenya, a student at Hillside Secondary School Matugga and a resident of Kirinyabigo, Kawanda in Nabweru Division, was allegedly beaten to death after reportedly being found in the suspect’s house with his 14-year-old daughter. The suspect was apprehended in Gulu District and remains in custody as investigations continue. Thank you our security forces for successful operations !

@mopsuganda how do you feel when staff on HCM are paid before 28th while others on IPPS are left to eat dust up to 3 weeks into the new months. How do we take our children to school?

@AnitahAmong @mofpedU @rggoobi more than 70 districts and municipalities have not been paid January salary....is it due to laziness of the accounting officers? Or no funds? Why still keep staff on IPPS? When you moved to HCM, those staff left on IPPS are suffering like hell
