@Outlook you should enable multiple selection when you are searching for specific emails in the search bar in case you want to massively delete or move them into a folder on the Outlook mobile app, which you cannot currently do.

I swear @Outlook @Microsoft are making signing into emails via the web difficult on purpose to force me to get the app. Yes I am a human and can solve puzzles. Yes the number I have is correct. No I don't want to reset my password, I did that already and still can't get in!!

@Outlook I’ve tried to log in my account but says I’ve tried too many time I’ve added 2fa and everytime I’ve put my phone number in the service ain’t available so how can I get past something that doesn’t let me put my number in to get my code to prove it’s me

@Outlook Hi @outlook, this is out of desperation, is there anyone that I can talk to about account blocking. The rules that are in place along with phasing out phone authentication means that I am trapped in a loop, unable to regain access to my account that I have had for 20 years.

@Outlook My e-mail was hacked yesterday , all passwords were changed and can no longer access it , they deleted the 2 step verification as they’ve put theirs on there now , trying to get some help to resolve this please , thanks

@Outlook Dear Microsoft Team Experiencing an issue with Microsoft Outlook on mobile after a recent password change. Desktop access is working fine, but the mobile app shows “authentication errors” and asks to re-authenticate repeatedly. Unable to access or send emails.
