you can boost your apps ASO massively with this simple trick: 1. put a 'leave a review' step in your onboarding (after 5-10 questions) 2. trigger native ios review module 3. user hits 5 stars (it's a psychologically trained behavior to do this) without this, every install is wasted ASO

My net worth peaked at $1.2 million. None of it was real. I don't mean that philosophically. I mean it was located on servers that have since been turned off. I own eleven properties in the metaverse. Three in Decentraland. Four in The Sandbox. Two in Voxels. One in Otherside. And a beachfront villa in Horizon Worlds that I bought for $214,000 because Mark Zuckerberg called it "the next frontier." The frontier closed last week. It's a mobile app now. Last year I mass DM'd 340 people the phrase "you don't understand how early we are." I have since stopped doing that. Not because I was wrong. Because most of them blocked me. I got into metaverse real estate in November 2021. Everyone was buying. Someone paid $450,000 to be Snoop Dogg's neighbor. In a video game. With no legs. The avatars didn't have legs. I thought that was bullish. "The legs are coming," I told my Discord. "Legs are a roadmap item." Three hundred people reacted with rocket emojis. I called myself a "digital land baron." I put it in my Twitter bio. I put it in my LinkedIn headline. I said it on a podcast that had eleven listeners. Three of them were bots. The rest were my alts. My virtual property has more square footage than my actual apartment. My actual apartment has furniture. Location, location, location. My most valuable asset was a plot next to a virtual Gucci store. Gucci left in 2023. The store is still there. Nobody's in it. It's like a mall in Ohio but with worse graphics and no food court. I held. Diamond hands. That's what we said. "Diamond hands." It means refusing to sell while your investment loses 94% of its value. We turned financial paralysis into a personality trait. A guy in my Discord paid $2.4 million for a 618-parcel estate in Decentraland. Prime district. High foot traffic. I asked him what "foot traffic" meant when the platform had 38 daily active users. He said I didn't understand the technology. I didn't. I still bought more. We had a DAO. A decentralized autonomous organization. That means we voted on decisions. There were nine of us. Three never showed up. Two voted on everything without reading it. The other four were me and my alts. We voted to "acquire strategic parcels." The vote passed unanimously. I voted four times. My portfolio peaked at $1.2 million. I told everyone. I made a spreadsheet. I projected 40x returns by 2025. I made a pitch deck. The pitch deck had a slide that said "WE ARE BUILDING THE DIGITAL ECONOMY." The slide had a rocket emoji. That was my entire financial model. In 2023 I bought a Bored Ape for $189,000. It's worth $14,000 now. I don't talk about the Ape. I still use it as my profile picture. People ask me about it. I say "I'm long-term bullish." Long-term bullish means I can't sell it without crying in a Panera. My mom asked me what a Bored Ape was. I said "digital art on the blockchain." She asked why it cost more than her car. I said "you don't understand Web3." She said "I understand you live in a studio apartment." She's not in my Discord. Justin Bieber bought one for $1.3 million. It's worth about $90,000 now. I felt better about mine after I heard that. That's community. WAGMI. We're All Gonna Make It. We said that every day. In the group chat. While the floor dropped. While the volume dried up. While 95% of all NFT collections went to zero. We're all gonna make it. None of us made it. But we said it with conviction and a laser-eye profile picture. That counts for something. It doesn't. But we said it did. That's decentralized consensus. Meta spent $84 billion on the metaverse. I need to say that again. $84 billion. More than the GDP of Luxembourg. More than the GDP of Iceland, Luxembourg, and Malta combined. They spent it on a platform where the avatars had no legs, the graphics looked like a 2006 Wii game, and the peak user count was lower than the lunch rush at a Chipotle in Des Moines. They just pulled Horizon Worlds from VR headsets. It lives on as a mobile app. My beachfront villa is now a mobile app. Location, location, location. Zuckerberg renamed the entire company for this. Facebook became Meta. A $900 billion company changed its legal name because the CEO watched Ready Player One and said "I want that." Reality Labs lost $10 billion in 2021. $14 billion in 2022. $16 billion in 2023. $18 billion in 2024. $19 billion in 2025. That's not a strategy. That's a speedrun. They laid off 1,500 Reality Labs employees this year. Shut down three VR studios. Killed Supernatural. Put the entire VR social vision in a casket and said "we're pivoting to AI and wearables." The pivot took four years and $84 billion. I pivoted too. I'm an AI real estate investor now. I bought a virtual plot in an AI-generated world that doesn't exist yet. The founder said it was "the intersection of spatial computing and large language models." I don't know what that means. I gave him $40,000. He has a whitepaper. It's 47 pages. I read the title and the tokenomics section. The tokenomics section is a pie chart. I love pie charts. They make everything look like a plan. The project has a roadmap. Q1: "Build community." Q2: "Launch beta." Q3: "Scale ecosystem." Q4 is blank. Q4 is always blank. That's where the exit scam goes. My accountant asked me to value my metaverse portfolio for tax purposes. I said $1.2 million. He said "current market value." I said $6,400. He stared at me for eleven seconds. I know because I counted. He asked if I had any other investments. I showed him my NFTs. He stared for longer. I told him they were "cultural artifacts with long-term provenance." He asked if I'd considered a 401k. I told him a 401k was "legacy finance." He told me to leave his office. The metaverse is dead. I don't accept that. I am a digital land baron. I own eleven properties across four platforms. I have a beachfront villa in a mobile app, a plot next to an empty Gucci store, and a cartoon monkey that cost me more than my actual car. Location, location, location. The location is nowhere. But I'm early. I'm always early. That's the same as being wrong except you get to say it with confidence.

the best startup founders in 2026 won't be the best coders they'll be the best Product Managers here's the full playbook: 1. pick a problem you personally have. you need to understand your user better than anyone else, and the easiest way to do that is to be your own user 2. spin up a landing page with AI fast. make it about the pain and the fix, no fluff. and make signup 2 clicks max, remove every possible friction 3. learn to write specs, describe features and explain edge cases. that's all you really need now 4. let AI build the first version. your job is to direct, not develop 5. use whatever stack you're most comfortable with. just ship. don't overthink the tech decision - that's not your job anymore 6. host on the simplest platform possible - Vercel, Railway, whatever - don't touch servers 7. test thoroughly - especially edge cases. you're a QA now 8. charge from day 0. free users give you nothing but false hope 9. list your product on every directory you can find. it compounds your SEO and builds DR over time 10. start building in public. share the micro wins, the losses, everything. invite people to try it through DMs. I did this for all my products 11. do customer support yourself, always. redirect questions to your socials, never automate this. every support request is a product insight - that's why you do it yourself, always (I still do this for all 5 of my products) 12. automate everything else you do more than twice 13. improve one thing in your product every single day once users start coming in. watch your competitors' G2 and Trustpilot reviews closely for ideas 14. a PM's most important skill is deciding what NOT to build. for every feature request you get, say no to 9 of them - build less, but build it right 15. every week, build one free tool targeting a keyword that benefits you. it compounds over time 16. work your SEO early. build your affiliate setup early. only run paid acquisition after you're sure about PMF every day your only 2 priorities are: - get more users - and keep the ones you have that's it. everything else is noise

Dubai getting fucked is even 10x worse than 9/11. Their whole shtick is that they're the Switzerland/Singapore of the desert- that rich bros from everywhere can go there and monger safely. That myth was complete and irreversibly ANNIHILATED! It's not safe there anymore, and it never will be again. Rich people value safety over anything. For people that have it all, LOSS is the greatest source of unhappiness imaginable. Several of my >$100M networth customers just went to Dubai during the Chinese New Year, and they were days away from being stranded there with rockets exploding over their heads. They will never go there again. THIS is why Dubai bros went on a hilarious cope spree to ensure everyone on the internet that everything was "fine". They of all people are feel the most threatened by the new reality. And THIS, is already the BIGGEST American L from the whole Iran saga. It doesn't even matter what will happen next. US allies realise: Being friends with America is dangerous. It can change the fate of your nation overnight forever!

Developers will probably understand this better than gamers, but what excites me the most about No Rest for the Wicked is literally the foundation that we built. My goal is that we’re not just building a masterpiece game, but also a platform. Even in my earliest prototypes, I was playing around with all kinds of modes and mechanics and even with just a little fiddling the enormous potential was immediately clear. After we shipped Breach Refined, I was already prototyping a Survival Mode for Wicked that turned off the campaign and changed Wicked’s ruleset into a full-blown survival game. But because of the strong foundation, it immediately was a survival game with actual good combat, exploration and so on. It tackled all the aspects where survival games usually fall flat. With the Crucible and the various modes that are still left to go, I’m pretty sure we can with one fell swoop have one of the best roguelite and survivor experiences out there - again, because the foundation is just very strong. Then we have the Stardew / Harvest Moon farming aspects, which should even bring cozy players into our game. The class system itself will show a new direction for how to give ARPGs a new kind of longevity that doesn’t fall into the ‘play 20 hours to get 0.02% more strength’ trap that Paragon systems usually come with. And then there’s PvP, which will be quite bananas given our combat system. It’s gonna be the kind of thing that old-school ARPGs could just never do because their combat system would never properly allow for it. Right now we’re fully focused on finishing up 1.0 while using Early Access in the same way Larian did, so we can ensure that when we’re finished we’ll have shipped a once in a generation type of game. But even beyond that, it’s just beyond exciting to think of all the other things we’ll be able to do, all the stuff that we’ll get to work on. Wicked was always conceptualized as a forever game. And I can’t wait to get all this stuff in and squeeze the maximum amount of fun into all this stuff! 👍❤️

Since some people had some questions still after our Co-Op Devlog, here's how I explained what we're doing to our team internally 👍 To me, the innovation on our side that hopefully will allow us to push the genre forward is that we basically adopt the Minecraft Realms model, but we don't even charge you for it. It sucks having to communicate with others in order to temporarily create a fake Multiplayer scenario where we just temporarily hop into each others save files. You never really truly shared a world together, so you were never able to become a real RPG Party like you were in an MMORPG. PoE and Diablo4 then tried to solve this issue by just streaming random fucking players into your game to create the illusion that you're sharing the world with others, but who gives a shit? It results in super unexciting shit like you now playing with 15 other players and bots that all fire stupidly at some boss. Great, did that ever feel substantial to you? Did you ever make a friend in D4 or PoE? No, you couldn't really cause these are all just a bunch of randos and you're all just doing the same shit. So streaming randos into your world to me is just the entirely wrong approach to fix this issue. MMORPGs are WAY better in that regard since you do care about your clan members, etc. - but because of the nature of MMOs, you're now playing in a world that's completely fake and nothing you do really matters. You're just doing the same shit everyone else does to get better gear and make your numbers go up. You're never the cool dude who killed Arthas cause everyone else on the server also killed Arthas. The only way to solve that issue and to get closer to what players really always desired is to combine the approach, like we're trying to. You're SHARING a world, BUT you're only sharing it with a handful of people. And no, that model isn't PERFECT either, but it sure as shit to me is a lot closer to how things should be than what was done before. And let's please not even bring Souls games into the mix, their approach to Multiplayer is just retarded, even if there are moments of fun to be had there. But you temporarily inviting a guest only to have them hit a boss a few times and then getting booted out of your game is basically just hacked in Multiplayer that'll also never really create the feeling of you and your buddies being a true fellowship. And that is exactly what I'm ultimately after. I want to feel like playing Secret of Mana again, but without having to physically be in the same spot at the same time. I want those moments where I share a realm with Patrick and I just randomly see Patrick fishing and farming when I log-on in the morning. Not because we had to make an appointment and get on a call in order to set up a multiplayer session, but because Patrick and I share a world that we're both invested into. I want those moments where Sergei then also hops into our game and becomes a citizen and tells us about that weapon upgrade he needs, but doesn't have the resources for, only for Sergei to wake up the next morning to find the resources in the community chest cause someone tried to make him happy. Or moments like people sharing a realm and someone finding a particular item that everybody wants and now that small group has to negotiate who gets to have it. And those aren't the kinda experiences that you can have right now with most ARPGs out there. It's all just in a weirdly fake and shitty spot where Multiplayer never really felt like you're on a journey with your friends and you have to work together to make shit happen. That's the vision that I think is really unique that I want us to realize.

$MIRA just launched. AI adoption is inevitable, but trust is still the bottleneck. Mira’s angle is verifying claims + consensus-checking outputs before they go onchain. Already trading at ~$1.6B FDV - I believe AI x Crypto is still a key narrative. I entered a small position at $1.41, will update as PA develops.
Mike S@Mikesi30

Getting some research pieces back this week – starting with @miranetwork, positioning itself as the “AI Trust Layer”. 🧠 Thesis: Verification is a fundamental requirement for AI → Mira aims to be the trust rail for AI, similar to how oracles became trust rails for DeFi. They’ve shipped: - 🧰 Infra: Mira Verify API – reliability layer for LLM workflows (QA, compliance, provable reasoning). - 🔥 Retail: Klok – multi-LLM consumer chat app with Mira Points incentives. Quick outline: - $MIRA tokenomics – looking at ~$1B FDV with drops for Klok users, Kaito Yappers, node delegators. - Benchmarked vs peers (Vana $4B, TAO $7B) – early but interesting. - Launching on Base – close to Coinbase flow + retail momentum. I’ve mentioned before the potential Base airdrop as a huge catalyst for the ecosystem. Will be watching Mira’s launch closely!
