Tomorrow at 3AM my alarm is going off. No snooze. No excuses.
Here’s exactly what I’ll be doing:
💉 Morning peptide stack locked in:
- MOTS-c
- SS-31
- 5-Amino-1MQ
- GH
- GHK-Cu
Then straight into heavy leg day squats, deads, and compounds that make most men tap out.
By the time most dads are hitting snooze, I’ll already be done crushing it and stepping into full girl-dad mode with energy to spare.
This is how you stay unbreakable in your 30s/40s while building a business and raising kids. Discipline + the right research compounds.
Who else is running a savage morning protocol tomorrow? Drop what time you’re up and what’s in your stack 👇
Let’s make tomorrow elite. 💪

@RetaDiary @th1nkdota @this_mk It can literally do that too, not saying it was used in this post but...cmon.
English

@th1nkdota @this_mk 😂 Pretty good.
Now ask it to lose the weight, go through the trial, and live it.

🪞 Nobody warned me that the hardest part of retatrutide wouldn’t be the side effects.
It would be letting go of the old version of myself.
This was my emotional journey on 2 mg:
Weeks 1-2 🤔
• Food still tasted good… I just didn’t care about it anymore.
• I kept wondering if something was wrong because I didn’t know how to feel.
• Everything felt unfamiliar.
Weeks 3-4 😔
• I realized I wasn’t just losing weight.
• I was losing the version of me that looked forward to eating, drinking and overdoing everything.
• That was harder than I expected.
Weeks 5-7 🧩
• I started realizing how much of my life revolved around food, alcohol and instant gratification.
• I wasn’t fighting cravings anymore.
• I was figuring out who I was without them.
Week 8 🙂
• I stopped trying to get my old brain back.
• I accepted that this was my new normal.
• Everything started feeling easier.
Today 🟢
• I don’t feel like I’m missing out anymore.
• I don’t feel like I’m constantly resisting temptation.
• I just feel… content.
I’m curious…
Did anyone else feel like they had to grieve an old version of themselves?

@CavalryCologne @DemonFramed Do you assume every wealthy person is famous and know publicly?
English

@OgHoak @DemonFramed Give me one example of someone who was born after the 1990s who came from no money and became rich.
English

I don’t care what anyone says, genetics are law. If you come from a rich family, your life is already better than 99% of people on the planet. If you come from a rich and attractive family, the world is literally yours for the taking.
If you gave a 35 year old, 5’4 male who has never felt the touch of a woman one wish, and he had to choose between becoming a 6’5 Gigachad or curing cancer, he’d choose becoming a Gigachad without thinking twice

@financedystop I enjoyed my communications pre-req classes. It taught me a lot of public speaking, dos and don’ts & that most people are just full of shit/how to navigate that & speak with facts/what to avoid etc
English

The most regretted college majors according to a 2024 survey:
Performing Arts: 51%
Sociology: 47%
Communications: 45%
Liberal Arts: 43%
Music: 42%
International Studies: 41%
English: 39%
Psychology: 38%
Environmental Science: 36%
Exercise Science: 35%
A lot of people were told to “follow your passion” when they were 18 and then found out the job market does not care.
English

@CavalryCologne @DemonFramed This is a narrow point of view, people are getting rich every day who were poor their whole life... This is some pity party post fr
English

@DemonFramed I’m sorry to break the bad news, but now, if someone doesn’t come from a rich family, they’re not going to get rich. It doesn’t matter how hard working, motivated, honest, and focused they are.

@intensityjt @EsotericHarambe And his face from HGH release, forehead and nose.

@jackdcoulson At age 62, my diet is 1/3 meat, 2/3 animal fat. And I'm always shredded. Up at 4 am, in bed at 10 pm. Never tired or grumpy.
Dr Atkins was right in the 70s.

English

You have my permission to stop chasing shredded.
Nobody's going to pin a medal on you for having visible abs at 38.
Your kids want you present and energetic, not peeled, depleted, and grumpy because you haven't eaten carbs in six weeks.
Get lean, stay lean, and put the energy back into the stuff that actually matters.
English

@CaudilloXIV Bro prolly tears open tomatoes with his hands and smears them on a teared baguette for breakfast
English

@tooboopedoo23 yeah, maybe thats what all the peak performing athletes should do. just stop fuelling.
English

@humanbeing_2u @muheediva01 I'm extremely sorry for your loss. Hope you're well.
English

@muheediva01 My dad was fired from a 40+ year job for this. It turned out he had cancer and died a couple of years later.
English

@hellspatisserie This is the dumbest and untrue statement I've seen on here in a while. Many people turn their lives around in their 20's,30's,40's. Everyone is running their own race.
