@marketsquarengr @cwayrefillwater Your DM is locked. However, I can state my experience here. I went to buy a refill Cway water can at you store in Jikwoyi Abuja but they refuse to sell because the empty can ( which I bought from same store) had a very small depression; not broken not dirty. Painful!

@AfamDeluxo Even Jesus at a point couldn't hold back, he had to wipe people out of the the temple. I believe he must have been accused of not acting inlove as Christ. There must have been an action that warrants his reaction until we hear from Nathaniel Bassey this matter can't be concluded.

Nathaniel Bassey blocked me, tell me, is that Christ-like? If Jesus had social media in his time, would he be blocking people for having differing opinions? This right here is why I keep saying Nigerian Christianity needs a serious audit. Weโ€™ve lost the essence.

@Mavericklee94 @OlatunjiAlao @ambuhari This is the calendar, compare other terms and see if it will be complete, the kids in Bauchi will be missing 3 weeks out. That's like missing 6 contacts for each subject for the second term. Hope they can compete with kids from other schools in National exams.

@bsmgmr @omorogiec @Shakurade55 @xagreat How do you teach a 15-19 weeks course in 11 weeks not to adults but kids & you expect them to measure with their mates from other states who have a complete curriculum duration, remember they will write the same national exam. The number of contact per subject is reduced by 1/3.

@KawuGarba @BashirAhmaad But i guess in his content, he made mention of treating the Almajiri children as that of boarding school, which will be a solution to their food begging since the government takes care of their feeding

The Minister of State for Education, Prof. Suwaiba Saidu, is absolutely correct that Almajiri children should not be classified as out-of-school children, as the Almajiri is a system of Islamic education. However, I believe the best way to address this is by integrating the Almajiri education system into our national educational framework or ensuring it is officially recognized by the system. Once this is achieved, the northern states could become those with the lowest numbers of out-of-school children, as it is rare to find a child in the north who does not attend either formal or Islamic school. Almajiri children are visible on the streets primarily because the current system does not adequately provide for their needs. If Almajiri schools were given treatment in terms of support and structure similar to that of boarding schools, the narrative would change entirely.

Good afternoon friends....I have a testimony... That former Ob!diot that came to church last week Sunday to confirm if i am a pastor came back today with his mother and 2 sisters (1 elder and 1 younger)... But before i prayed for them the mother said "Emma has been showing us all you do on "TUWITA" but he came back last Sunday and said "Pastor Okezie is a real man of God, because he told me exactly what is happening to our family" Thank you Pst, God bless you.. I prayed for them and they left happily... It's official one Ob!diot has been "unOb!dioted" He has seen the light.... Praise God...

Diary Of A Female Engineer
Diary Of A Female Engineer@Irishnaijaยท
I used to run a kitchen in Yesufu Abiodun, Oniru, where I supplied food to banks and offices in Victoria Island, Lagos. My 15-year-old son often helped with deliveries, as he had just completed his WAEC exams in 2018. On one particular day, we had a delivery close to our house. Since it was nearby, he went without the driver, carrying the food and our POS machine. Tragically, the Nigerian police abducted him, confiscated his phone, and took him to the anti-cultism unit in Gbagada. We searched everywhere in Victoria Island, unaware that he had been taken so far away. Eventually, they allowed him to call me, and his terrified voice broke me: โ€œMummy, are you on your way? Iโ€™m so scared.โ€ My husband and I, along with our lawyer, rushed to the station. At the gate, they took our phones, and then I saw my sonโ€”half-naked and sitting on the ground with over 100 others outside the station. I collapsed in tears. My husband, who is British, demanded to see the DPO and asked him directly: โ€œWhat offense are you charging my son with?โ€ The boy hadnโ€™t been allowed to explain himself, yet the food and POS machine were right there at the station. The DPOโ€™s response? โ€œBecause he dyed his hair.โ€ That was it. Nothing more. In the end, we were forced to pay for his release. This incident was a turning point for my husband, who decided that we couldnโ€™t continue living in Nigeria. What made this even more painful was the nature of our family. My children were homeschooled, had no social circles outside the family, and never went anywhere without us. They were raised in a closely-knit environment. At the time of this ordeal, I was seven months pregnant, and the trauma of the experience caused me to go into premature labor, resulting in an emergency C-section. My sonโ€™s only โ€œcrimeโ€ was being a hardworking boy, helping with his parentsโ€™ legitimate businessโ€”a business that provided employment for Nigerians. For my husband, a white British man, to witness such injustice firsthand was a harrowing experience. Many of us have bitter, painful stories about the Nigerian system. Yet when we speak out and tell the truth, we are accused of defamation or subjected to cyberbullying. Itโ€™s truly heartbreaking. I personally say that Kemi should be left alone, she is saying exactly what she experienced and if I'm asked anywhere in the world the same question, I will narrate my ordeal, so will every member of my family!

@AdemilolaO54252 Procreation is an expensive venture, people must be ready for it financially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Some couples act like they are not ready for it, come on they have 9 months before EDD, they should be ready for all eventualities.

This is it. Religious leaders should stop advising women against CS delivery. Some men also make their wives not to give birth through CS because it is expensive. Is it not better to save for the two deliveries? Both CS and Vagina are safe deliveries.

@Oliii_baby @olawalesmd It's lack of knowledge; the phrase "deliver like Hebrew women" contextually means "finding favour with doctors and Nurses". Exodus 1: 15-20 the king wanted every male born to be killed at birth but the Midwives kept them alive and lied 'Hebrew women deliver before they came'.
