@OnStar can someone help me understand the differences in the plans that I'm being charged for? I think I'm subscribing to something I don't need - which is included in my Basics plan for 8 years. Help! I've asked the call centre before and got nowhere

looks like @OnStar is completely useless, if i’m stranded why am i sent to a call center to be transferred around to more and more call centers? absolutely useless and a horrible experience
