@DalLikePal @OptimumHelp Well all see that no, @OptimumHelp , offered no solution publicly for a common error. Because when you call they tell you its user fault for hitting record and to delete the recording and use on demand. Bring back search, we're all paying for it still.

@NYCDisney @OptimumHelp Error code 6210 on an Optimum TV box is intermittent signal loss. Essentially, the box is struggling to establish a stable connection with the Optimum servers. Capture Your Evidence. You have the right to file an informal complaint with the FCC.

One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

@TMobile horrible 5G internet. Since I switched my PETKIT devices, feeder, litter box and water fountains constantly disconnected. Im tired resetting everything every few days, this is ridiculous.I had @optimum and had zero issue with with my smart devices 😖

.@optimum just lost me as a loyal customer . I called to disconnect my services . I was kept on the phone for an hour as the agent “searched” for a promotion for my new location. She put me on hold and it was “I’ll be done in 2 mins” an hour later nothing was accomplished!
