@OptumRx You guys are so cruel to me. #crohns #ibd is painful to live with. To deny someone their medication after they have been on it already and cause them to miss their dose is medical abuse. I am hurt by your actions.

@Optum @OptumRx I called about figuring out what happened with prior authorization my doctor faxed to 1-800-218-3221 that was approved and confirmed after speaking to someone at 1-800-850-9122. Now you guys act like my doctor hasn't done anything. I need med by tomorrow.

@OptumRx @OptumSpecialty denied my prior authorization in 12 minutes for a medication I’ve been on for 13 years, saying they need baseline test results. To get those, I’d have to stop the med for 3+ months and suffer . That’s not health care. That’s profit over patients.

@Optum I have to do your job for you. This is awful. Your company is awful. I am missing my med i need by tomorrow because your pharmacy knew the medicine has to go through my @OptumRx instead of medical. So they never let doctor know it was wrong. Here I am without RX

@OptumRx kept the same insurance plan year-over-year and my daughter's medication (that she's been on for YEARS) was denied, even after a prior auth filed? All alternate drugs suggested can't be tolerated due to another serious health issue.

This is what happens when your lifesaving medication bill comes. I am paying down the over $500 unexpected charge for my medication. Now I need the med every 2 weeks and told NOPE. No more for you. My deductible is met. Greed over people! SHAME!! @OptumRx

Outrageous @OptumRx treatment! OptumRx just filled a prescription I’d moved from Publix. At both, I agreed to pay (not paying enough attention to price!) “out of pocket.” Charge? Publix $12.01 (30 pills); Optum? $228 (90). Won’t allow return!
