@Orbitz Hey Orbitz - your site won't allow me to complete changing my flight. Everything is correct and my credit card was accepted but clicking on "complete" booking does nothing! Why can't I get help?

@Orbitz So @AmericanAir flight 1857 gets change throws off our entire Vegas trip and we can’t go, we were told we would receive a refund and portions were canceled. Then we are told that we would not receive refunds for our hotel with flights already canceled, just lost 4k

Well that's the last time I use @Orbitz, booked a hotel room on a road trip for tonight because it's 20F and it's too cold to sleep in the car… got there and the heat was out in the room. They refused to change rooms without charging more & Orbitz refused a refund. Ridiculous.

@Orbitz - why did you remove the option to add TSA Pre for other people on my reservation? I am supposed to contact the airline directly after booking my reservation to add TSA pre? I might as well book with the airline directly rather than go through this two step process.

@Orbitz posts fraudulent listings on their website and do not cover you when you get scammed out of your money, even if you purchase trip protection! Do not pay the owners directly even if orbitz tells you its "ok"! Do better!

It couldn't even simply understand I was trying to remove ONE NIGHT ON AN EXISTING RESERVATION and told me that I couldn't do it because there were no rooms available.
I WAS REMOVING A NIGHT!
NOT ADDING.
And the fact that there was no phone number for CUSTOMER SERVICE WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY TIME TODAY.

.@orbitz trying to change my booking, it is the last day, and you cannot get to the page to do it online or on the app. The website says "too many redirects that will not resolve," and the app is a black screen of death.
You have a redirect loop somewhere. Please fix it fast, as I am sure many of your customers have to make these changes today.

@Orbitz I booked a car for pickup at @Enterprise at Le Havre, France for pick up on 12Aug25. At the last minute, I rcvd an email that they didnt hv the car so the rsvtn was canceled
