@domturl @osper For anti-money laundering reasons, we are required to refund the parent's loads to the debit card they were originally loaded from. In your case, we refunded the parentbalance by refunding the most recent loads made. We have explained the further procedures in detail via the chat

@osper @Osperhelp How do you normally refund money back to parents? Do you normally break the sum up into 7 parts and not send three of them properly? This is what you have done to me. You currently owe me £47. And your customer services team seem to think it is my job to fix it.

@geofinns Thank you for contacting us. I am afraid, you cannot link the card managed by different parent to your account. You will have to order a new card under your account. Other option is to use gifting link to make load. Click below to know more. help.osper.com/en/articles/99…

@Osperhelp - terrible service. You won't cancel the card my sone has as my email has changed - despite providing card holder name, address, parent name (all of which are the same as on signing). Still charging fees. Total scam
