JUST IN: S&P DOW JONES INDICES IS PROPOSING METHODOLOGY CHANGES THAT WOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR "MEGACAP" IPOS TO JOIN THE S&P 500 The proposed rule changes: - Cut the IPO seasoning period from 12 months to 6 months - Waive the minimum 0.10 Investable Weight Factor (IWF) requirement for MegaCap companies - Waive the financial viability (positive net income) requirement for MegaCap companies A "MegaCap" is defined as any company in the top 100 of the S&P Total Market Index (currently a $112 billion threshold). Why it matters for SpaceX: - SpaceX is reportedly targeting a $1.75 trillion IPO valuation in late June - The IPO filing showed Musk can only be removed from the board by a vote of the share class he controls, a structure that would ordinarily fail the 0.10 IWF rule - The waiver of the financial viability requirement removes another potential roadblock The proposed implementation date is June 8, 2026, almost exactly when SpaceX is reportedly targeting its IPO. S&P DJI is collecting market feedback through May 28, 2026.

Wtaf is going on with all these paid partnership QTs for this dumbass product

For the first time ever, buy PE like you buy ETFs. Announcing the IPO for $USPE We’re proud to have @RobinhoodApp, @WeBullGlobal, @Public, and many others as selling group members in this historic IPO. Private equity has outperformed public equity by 1,330% since 2000.* But for too long, PE has been opaque, illiquid, and inaccessible. Enabled by a change in regulatory policy, USPE brings institutional PE funds into an exchange traded structure. No paperwork. No accreditation. No minimums. No lockups. No gates. Just hit “Buy” or “Sell” like any other stock. It’s one small tap for investors. One giant leap for PE. We’ve reserved an IPO allocation for individuals on: Robinhood: robinhood.com/applink/instru… Other brokerages: tapprivatemarkets.com/ipo Disclaimers below**

We can confirm that Xavi Simons has ruptured the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in his right knee. The 23-year-old suffered the injury during the second half of our Premier League fixture at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday. Xavi will undergo surgery in the coming weeks and, following that, will then begin his rehabilitation with our medical team. Everyone at Tottenham Hotspur sends Xavi our love and support - we will be with him every step of the way.

You have to feel for Yomif Kejelcha. One of the sport's great "nearly" men on the track. Two World Championship silvers in the 10,000 meters. Always pushing the pace in Diamond Leagues, chasing fast times. He debuts in 1:59:41, well under the marathon WR. And finishes 2nd.

Is the stock market real, or just a really good story? That’s the question that ETF.com’s Dave Nadig, Simplify’s Michael Green, and Perscient’s Ben Hunt sat down to talk about at the ETF Beach House at Future Proof Citywide last month. 👇
