Da, sigur, și e doar o întâmplare ca este o întâmplare ca a pus bazele primei companii care a produs o mașină electrică în serie, sau că a întemeiat ce-a mai mare entitate care lansează rachete în spațiu și este inginer șef al ei, ca a conceput o soluție de furnizare de internet din spațiu care nu numai ca nu a falimentat, dar produce profit, că a avut viziunea cererii unei mașini autonome și e pe cale să-și îndeplinească acest vis. E o întâmplare că a investit în inteligență artificială la oepnai și apoi a creat xAI sau că a fondat neuralink cu obiectivul de a construi o interfață care să permită comunicarea directă a creierului uman cu inteligența artificială. Cumva toate i se întâmplă lui doar pentru că se pricepe la afaceri.

Banking policy leaders now signaling that if they lose on stablecoin yield at Thursday's Clarity markup, they will ramp up their fight for changes on the Senate floor. "Thursday is Thursday, and there are 24 members who will opine, and we still have 76 members left to go before this thing is finished," one banking leader told me today. Alsobrooks + Tillis seem poised to stay put with their new yield compromise, however, even though banks don't like it. After banking trades released proposed changes to the deal Friday, an Alsobrooks spox told me the senator stands by her + Tillis' earlier statement that they "respectfully agree to disagree" w/ banks on yield. "It can't be a compromise if both sides don't agree to it," a frustrated banking trade leader also told me today. The trade leader also threw some shade at crypto for how they've navigated the process. "We don't debate this on X," they said. "We're very professional. X is really not, you know, the proper place to negotiate this."

The Senate Banking Committee released the latest draft of the CLARITY Act last night. The draft has significantly improved since January and reflects years of bipartisan negotiations. It’s time to get this passed. This bill safeguards consumers, includes important developer protections, and gives crypto entrepreneurs the regulatory clarity they need to build here in the U.S. We’re thankful for the hard work of the Senate Banking Committee and their staff. We urge Senators on both sides to move quickly to advance it out of Committee, to the Senate floor, and ultimately be signed into law by the President.
