@sandra_j_hughes @CaryKelly11 Try light olive oil instead of EVOO. 1 whole egg, tablespoon dijon, tablespoon white wine vinegar, and drip in 1 cup light olive oil while blending. You can sub lemon juice for vinegar but the sugar in the juice means it won’t last as long.

@CaryKelly11 I have yet to find a homemade mayo that I like. I’ve tried it with olive oil and with avocado oil, and both of those oils are overbearing.

NEW: Family of a Texas teen loses it as judge sentences him to 25 years in prison for robbing a convenience store. Judge Raquel West was seen torching 18-year-old Caden James Fontenette before handing out the sentence. "There was a time some years ago that there really wasn't even a question... State's attorneys were recommending youthful offenders probation. Let's give everybody an opportunity..." West said. "You don't have a good likelihood of being successful if I were to put you on probation... I'm going to sentence you to a term of 25 years." Fontenette pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery for a 2025 incident where he and two others robbed a convenience store at gunpoint. The suspects were caught on camera assaulting the store clerk. Fontenette will likely be in his 40s when he is released from prison.

🚨 Mecklenburg County, NC: Earlier this month, Ronny Enelson Briones-Melgara was arrested for Murder and is accused of stealing a Kia and killing a passenger after crashing it at a high rate of speed. He had an immigration detainer but was released on a $15k secured bond. In January, Briones-Melgara is accused of crashing a stolen Kia Forte into a telephone pole at a 93mph. The crash killed Anthony Samuel Pavon Santos. Briones-Melgara is also charged with Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, and Felony Conspiracy.
