While regular Americans struggle with the price of gas, groceries, car payments, utilities, and mortgages, Cracky the Clown is posting gold statues of himself. Calling him out of touch is the understatement of the decade.

The Blazers don't need to trade for a superstar. They already have one in Deni, and another coming back in Dame. What they need is smart upgrades around the edges. A Michael Porter Jr trade could be the perfect fit. He's a great shooter with championship experience, who doesn't need a high usage rate. — Plus he's on an expiring contract. Could you imagine Deni having the kick out options of Dame & MPJ? Who says no? 👇 #ripcity

Sen. Collins says she has “an essential tremor, which I have had throughout the entire time I have served in the United States Senate. This benign condition, which affects approximately 1 in 20 people over the age of 40, does not interfere at all with my ability to do my job. The tremor is occasionally inconvenient, and sometimes the subject of cruel comments online, but it does not hinder my ability to work and, as I said, is something that I have lived with for decades.”

I don’t know who needs to hear this but the Minnesota Timberwolves are the most likeable team in basketball. Legit superstar, play with an attitude, talk shit, don’t foul bait, actually care about defense, and have great people like Conley to root for.

I’ll concede Wemby’s second block of the game as off the back board, but I watched the other blocks in slow motion and have no idea how you can argue goal tending on any other block.
Alan Horton@WolvesRadio

"When we looked at them at least 4 were goaltending. It's a little alarming that NONE of them were called & there's no heightened awareness that [they] could be goaltends. That's 8 points. The value of 8 points in an NBA game is massive." -Chris Finch on Wemby's 12 blocks.

Portland Trail Blazers End of Season Awards: Blake Wesley — The "Ball of Energy" Award After the first five games of the season, it felt like the Blazers had found a gem in Blake Wesley He fit seamlessly into the ultra-aggressive and fast-paced style the Blazers were running, coming off the bench to wreak absolute havoc Then he sadly broke his foot and missed the large majority of the year, and while no one is probably more upset about it than him, Blazer fans felt his absence Blake never fully re-integrated himself back into the rotation, but it was impossible not to feel his presence on the team as the hype man Blake was the one at the end of the intros doing handshakes, he was always first off the bench to give daps and high fives, and he is an ultra-hard worker whose energy rubbed off on everyone It's safe to say everyone on the team this year loved Blake, and while his status as a Blazer for next year is uncertain, Blake has already locked up his place in Blazers lore for the way he always kept the vibes high in this landmark season

I was sitting alone at a bar finishing up some writing when this guy walked over, stopped a few feet away like he didn’t want to invade my space, and said, “Quick question… on a scale of 1–10, how open are you to talking to a slightly drunk stranger? My friends are late, but I can absolutely leave you alone if you’re not feeling it.” 😭 The self-awareness, the respectful distance, the exit option… honestly was operating with premium customer service energy.

No. The Blazers couldn’t shoot. That killed them. And other than Deni, who are their relentless downhill guys? Wolves have several guys that can attack off the bounce relentlessly and physically and also can shoot. Blazers needed to create a ton of turnovers to survive Spurs.

@JonesOnTheNBA Do you think Tiago Splitter could have done more tactical maneuvering versus just playing different players off of the bench.

Earlier today it was reported by @michaelgrange that third year forward Gradey Dick is open to a trade from the Toronto Raptors. Coming out of the 2023 draft, scouts had Dick transforming into an elite shooter with very high basketball IQ. To be fair there was flashes of it, as in the first months of his sophomore year he was lighting up the league averaging 20 points in his first 20 games of the season. However, Toronto leaned into trying to compete in the east this season, unfortunately leaving Gradey without much room for error in his development. Playing in a career high 76 games, Dick’s minutes were cut in half and he struggled from beyond the arc shooting a career low 30.1% from three point range. Though it has not worked out up north, this a player that undoubtedly could have a benefit to any NBA roster. A low risk target that similar to Deni Avdija, could just need a new environment to unlock his full potential. Personally, my favorite attribute of Gradey Dick is his tenacity and grit that no matter what the actual performance is from him, will be infectious throughout a team and organization. At only the age of 22, would you take a chance on a former lottery pick? #RipCity

@freshnessofuk @ShamsCharania With all due respect, the Bulls are heading into the offseason with expiring contracts, mutlltiple top draft picks, and roughly 60 million in cap space. Clown them if you like, but they can flex quickly and aggressively, if they want.

Just in: The Chicago Bulls are hiring Atlanta Hawks senior vice president Bryson Graham as the franchise's new Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, sources tell ESPN. Graham spent 15 years in New Orleans before joining Atlanta last offseason, rising from an intern to GM, and now becomes the Bulls top executive.

Republicans want $1B from taxpayers for Trump’s ballroom. Trump already collected hundreds of millions of dollars in anonymous donations for it. Those donations were bribes. He was always keeping that money. This was always the plan. It was always a scam.

I remember reading a story that 9/11 caused a divorce. A woman’s husband worked in the twin towers, and he was having an affair. He took that day off and spent it with his affair partner in a hotel. He didn’t know what happened yet, so when his wife called him freaking out asking if he’s okay and asking where he is, he casually just told her “yeah, I’m just heading into a meeting right now.” 💀

Can’t get over how brilliant it was that the Wolves essentially used Julius Randle as a door stop to take Wemby out of plays. Finch’s game plan was great, can’t wait to see how the Spurs adjust.
