Isn't it interesting that @FINRA hasn't U3 halted another symbol in 3+ years since they sabotaged the MMTLP Corporate Action leading to the U3 halt. There's been plenty of U1 and U2 halts though! It's almost like they realized how badly they screwed up and that they don't want anymore scrutiny. @RepDonaldsPress @SECPaulSAtkins
How about harmonizing on behalf of the more than 65k household investors and their families who have been held financially hostage for over 3 YEARS just for LEGALLY buying #MMTLP from their brokers?!? $MMTLP $MMAT the problem the SEC and FINRA face. Is others just accepted thier outcome and walked away. Opening every door along the way. Exposing more and more as they go. Showing other communities and the world what a group of so called "No Bodies " can do United together. Government agencies that we pay for should not exempt from being held accountable. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. This is just the beginning of a mass United front worldwide. Why hasn’t Congress indicted Gensler for never answering all his QFRs? MMTLP is not an anomaly. MMTLP proves the market is rigged - and the proof won't go away.
$MMTLP By removing the Distribution date 12/14 on the 2nd (revised) corporate action, and not stating that Series A Preferred Shares will be cancelled as of the distribution (close of business 12/14) @FINRA violated Securities Exchange Act (SEA) Rule 10b-17 by misleading brokers and the investing public. @AnnVanderSteel @GennFlynn @ByronDonalds
I don't think it is that simple... Just like when the @SECGov requested NBH scrub any reference to MMTLP. How do you not reference the security for which yours was exchanged??? Bankruptcy is another go-to-theory. Restating financials from three years ago as mentioned above has cost NBH and its shareholder hundreds of thousands of dollars at a time when they actively seek capital. Delay...clearly. Bankruptcy...maybe. Hell of a gamble to make when kicking the can down the road has provided time for various pathways to discovery unfold. BK subpoenas, enforcement actions, FOIAs, etc. MetaMaterials has proved that BK doesn't need to be the end. I bet they were hoping we would just go away... #Relentless MMTLP MMAT TRCH
