This cancellation was initiated by the airline, not the passenger. As per DGCA passenger charter, full refund must be issued without deductions. Requesting urgent resolution. Failing which I will escalate this matter to DGCA. @airindia@AirIndiaX@makemytripcar

I raised a complaint on the 7th early in the morning. Scheduled the engineer visit for the 8th. But still no one visited. My problem is not resolved yet. Called customer care multiple times; they are just repeating the same line, "Wait for another hour." ??

@reliancejio plan Rs. 899 with Extra benefit 3 month Hotstar free is a scam. I recharge with an 899 plane but i can't use Jiohotstar. I have Complen many times but nothing happened. Don't waste your money at jio. Move other operatar.
