@RoyalMail how do I send feedback about a delivery please? They didn’t even knock my door and just thrown a fragile item in my recycling bin. I have video doorbell proof. Thankfully no items have been broken or lost but this could be a different matter for other customers.

@premierinn hi, I need to extend my stay for a booking. It wouldn’t let me amend online. Online chat and phone call kept sending me in circles so I couldn’t speak to anyone. I just booked a separate night. Is there a way to merge the bookings so I don’t need to change rooms pls?

@clanks72 It took an hour and lots of being kicked out at payment stage. Not the seats we wanted but managed to still get some. Keep holding on!

@VirginAtlantic hey, I recently had a flight time change but it says ‘Standby’ on our booking. What can I do please as I want to pick our seats? The flight is in August.

@VirginAtlantic hey, am I able to upgrade just the return flight of our journey next year, without having to bid? I can’t select to pay when choosing a seat selection but looks like all seats are available when making a new booking.

@Starlightlondon hey! We booked 1st class seats on the expectation that they moved. Looking at the auditorium, it doesn’t appear they do. Could you confirm if this is the case please? If not, are we able to swap our seats please because that’s not what was advertised?

@McDonaldsUK how do I make a complaint please? I have missing items from Mcdelivery (not Ubers fault) but they’ve given me a refund for nowhere near the price of the missing item! I also need to complain about the same restaurant from a visit yesterday.

@tescobankhelp The Tesco Bank app will not load on iPhone. It starts to load then crashes. I’ve tried switching phone off and back on but still the same.
