@Safaricom_Care Sasa hii nini tena? Ave i not suffered enough to register my line on the one app then I get this? Surely, every time I have to get on the app i have to remove my other line, run around the block looking for Vodafone network so roaming can work?

I am putting together a class action suit against Safaricom for disabling access Mpesa to Kenyans/users in Diaspora. This is not the first time that national platforms have been used to disadvantage Kenyans in the diaspora. Remember, last year I raised the fact that the Judiciary also disabled access to Efiling and Causelists to Kenyans in the diaspora.

@TheNjoroge This is what worked for me after dealing with safcom and KCB app nonsense sometimes earlier: 1. Remove any simcards and put saf in sim 1, default mode. 2. Disable/ switch off wifi 3. Disable/off Location on phone 4. Disconnect VPN for 30mins or set to Kenya

I tried to explain to her, the reason is that I don’t really need things. My only motivation in life in terms of financial success is to provide everything for my family. I don’t mind a new car and I love to travel, but I’m perfectly content with material belongings. I don’t want new clothes or a new phone, I don’t care. Women don’t understand that if not for them, we’d sit around in that stereotypical room with a mattress and a tv on the floor forever.
