Despite numerous letters from @OdishaWater to Advocate General's office, the AG is not appearing and other govt advocates are not defending, standing like a doll in the courtroom. Even when they speak, they request more time to prepare, prolonging the matter since 2022. It's now 2024. How many years do advocates need to prepare for a case ?
