@parcelforce A lot of your drivers refuse to go a few miles if it's too cold, raining, too warm, a bit sunny, or too windy, but at least I know your drivers wouldn't steal my cat!!! We had to call today to find why deliveries had been suspended. That's caused huge inconvenience.

Lovely @parcelforce service, first they try to deliver my trade-in phone to the wrong address, it's rightly refused by the recipient, so Parcelforce mark it return to sender... and two days later I get back an empty box, £607 worth of trade-in missing. Fantastic. 😬

@scott_expert @MachinStuart1 Problem is they're all as bad these days. I've had problems with both Parcelforce and DHL. Taken parcels to collection point without even trying to deliver or leave with neighbour. I make them uplift them and actually deliver them as that's what they're paid for!!

I have emailed the CEO @MachinStuart1 asking him to use a proper courier firm instead of Evri. It's a reputational risk to use them & I refuse to shop online now with M & S. Consumers need to boycott firms that refuse to use a proper courier firm - Evri are worse than useless. #Evri

This is getting beyond annoying @marksandspencer Item ordered weeks ago due to arrive Feb 23 got as far as Evri depot. Never moved again. You reshipped - due to arrive March 3. Yet again it has got to Evri depot. No delivery attempt since. Please just STOP using Evri.
