@passportsevamea pls reconsider clubbing senior citizens & infants in same queue at PSKs. Senior citizens can be very slow and our infants cannot stay patient through the long waits. The lines end up being slower than regular lines. Not priority as stated.

@IndiGo6E really inconsiderate crew on 6E 1409 Auh-Blr on 9 Jul. On a late night flight, crew were so loud , laughing, gossiping in the galley through the flight no regard to passengers trying to sleep. Told them to keep the volume down. Still no care. Complete disregard.

@BlueDartCares your delivery boy wrongly keeps updating the order as consignee not available. I’ve been home the entire time. It’s been 4 days now. Every day never attempts delivery but updates the same. Your customer care number is not reachable and completely useless.

@UrbanLadder absolutely pathetic customer care. You make ur customer pay upfront in full for a service and then go incommunicado on the pickup for over 4 days. Customer care number is on hold for over 5 mins. No one to attend.
