There's a collaborated scam by both @shadowfax_in and @maxfashionindia with elite membership. Initially the store asks you to purchase the membership with discount on online shoppping, and once you place the order and pay online, boom! You'll never see the order again. Beware.

@amazonIN @amazon Are the customer feedback or reviews really taken into consideration ? Fake promises of delivery on PRE-PAID products, feels like a scam to me. No product received yet was Marked DELIVERED. What steps do y'all even take when a customer complains ?

@AmazonHelp I've faced this issue many times. The delivery guy had my parcel YET DIDN'T DELIVER, HE CALLED AND ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER AND SAID HE'LL DELIVER IT NEXT DAY AND MARKED IT DELIVERED. HOW IS THIS NOT A SCAM FROM YOU GUYS.
