Pathetic flying experience with @IndiGo6E Complete mismanagement. The flight got delayed 3-4 times with no clarity, no ground staff to inform the people. People made to go from buses to flight via ramp with no roof in rain. #NeverFlyingWithIndigoAgain #NoCustomerService

Covid-19 can be handled with precautionary measures but what about this stress which is as harmful. Atleast permission for private/ charter should be allowed 🙏
