@airvistara I had to spend 15 mins on the call to reschedule my flight. Payment link sent -without any details of what changes are registered, completely have to rely on what the CC person is saying on phone, and make a payment. Why can't you have an online system to make changes ?

@airvistara One more customer care encounter. On hold for longer than 5 minutes already - just to reschedule the flight ! Can't be done online, have to call and wait endlessly !

@airvistara Is it not change in name. Your booking form has no ‘middle name’ field. We are just following up to add it. You are making customers suffer while your booking site is at fault. So is your customer care.

@AppleSupport ordered iPhone and the case together in first week of June. The phone received on 4th June and the case still no trace. No update. Called customer care to cancel and was promised refund in 3 business days which also did not happen. Horrible service. Did not expect!
