First time FSD (Supervised) for my mom, raw and uncut I just let my 70 yr old mom take a full drive on FSD From home to the Supercharger, and watched something shift in real time At first a little hesitant but she got used to it super quick, I did not expect this at all!! 🤯 By the end of the drive, she wasn’t just relaxed, she was amazed. Laughing. Pointing things out. Talking about how this could change driving for people her age. This is the moment people underestimate It’s not about tech specs or edge cases It’s about what happens when someone who didn’t grow up with this technology experiences it for the first time and it just works. Welcome to the future mom!!

🚨Tesla FSD Supervisé pour la France 🇫🇷🚨La réponse du CNRV que j’ai reçue aujourd’hui à 14h46 🥶😭. Nous avons bien pris en compte votre message concernant le système « FSD Supervised » de Tesla.
Veuillez noter que le RDW n'a pas délivré d'homologation européenne pour ce système. Le RDW a délivré une réception UE par type provisoire, valable uniquement aux Pays-Bas, sur la base de l'article 39 du Règlement (UE) 2018/858. En effet, le système « FSD Supervised » ne répond pas à la réglementation internationale ou européenne concernant les systèmes d'aides à la conduite, qui sont régis par le règlement n° 171 de l'ONU. Ce règlement encadre strictement le genre de fonctionnalités qui peuvent être déployées sur des véhicules en Europe. Le « FSD Supervised » n'y est pas conforme, notamment en raison de la conception du système qui autorise des manœuvres initiées par le système (comme des changements de voie) dans tout environnement, y compris urbain — à la différence de systèmes comme le BMW Motorway Assistant ou Ford BlueCruise qui opèrent uniquement sur autoroute et sur voie rapide. Pour l'heure, les manœuvres initiées par le système en environnement urbain ne sont pas autorisées par l'ONU car les experts ne disposent pas de suffisamment d'éléments pour conclure quant à la capacité d'un conducteur humain à les superviser tout en étant considéré par le système comme responsable. Il est alors essentiel que le constructeur d'un système d'aide à la conduite prenne sa juste part de responsabilité dans l'opération d'un système complexe.  Si une demande d'autorisation d'accorder une réception UE par type avec dérogation est déposée par les Pays-Bas, la France examinera attentivement les preuves de sécurité fournies par le RDW pour justifier que le système présente un niveau de sécurité au moins équivalent à la réglementation actuelle. L'autorisation — ou le refus — d'accorder cette réception UE par type sera déterminé par procédure d'examen de la Commission européenne conformément à l'Article 39 du Règlement (UE) 2018/858, et à laquelle la France prendra part. La France ne prévoit donc pas d'autoriser le FSD avant cette décision. Enfin, nous vous rappelons que le ministère des transports agit avec comme première préoccupation votre sécurité, sur la base de critères et de données neutres et fiables. @wholemars This is a very U.S.A.-centric view of the world.

The deal was never that you buy FSD once and get to use it for the rest of your life. It was buy FSD on this car and you get to use it on that car. Tesla has provided a “one time” FSD transfer option now many times. If you want to transfer FSD to a new car, do it now.

Hey @tesla & @elonmusk. Those of us who paid $8,000+ for FSD took a big leap early on. A one-time FSD transfer for the life of the car would go a long way. 🙏🏻

@wholemars I took delivery of my HW3 Model Y december 2022. Not even three years have passed. My FSD purchase (7.500 EUR here in Europe) has only given me stop light recognition. I'm not buying a new car before AI5. I shall expect free FSD transfer.

AI3 customers: I have to wait 6 - 9 months for the next FSD update?!? Tesla: I have to wait 6 - 9 years for you to buy a new car?

@DirkGerard Erven is geld krijgen waar je NIETS hebt moeten voor doen. Degene die ervoor gewerkt heeft is er niet meer en heeft het ook niet meer nodig. Dan is het normaal ( in mijn ogen) dat er een deel terugvloeit naar de staat.

@KRoelandschap 0$. This should be included (or not necessary) with the purchase of the car. My 2022 Model Y is still fine battery wise and I don't worry about it whatsoever.

To all EV drivers If you were to have real-time access and information about your battery, usage tips and preventive maintenance How much would you pay for that on a monthly basis? No need to come into a shop, purely from the telemetry and logs from the API of your vehicle
