@FDSportsbook Seaver > Ford Piazza >/= Berra Hernandez < Gehrig Murphy < Cano Wright < ARod Lindor >/= Jeter Jones < Ruth Beltran </= Mantle Strawberry < DiMaggio Alonso < Judge Some of the positions can go either way imo but overall the Yankees have the better all-time lineup

@hovah76 But when Shedeur threw for only 157 and 2 picks against the Bills, that was on the team, right? Shedeur was still amazing in that game?

I know that you all want to celebrate and talk trash because Caitlin Clark made a few shots. You don’t know basketball. The Fever LOST. A Point Guard taking 28 shots to score 32 points is an exchange that EVERY Fever opponent would LOVE. This is LOSING BASKETBALL, and that is WHY the Fever LOST.

@NFL_Convo Hey, one time when the Browns played the Steelers on Thursday, Myles Garrett bashed a guy over the head with a helmet. So, this game is must-see TV just on the off chance it could happen again.

This might be the first ever year where there’s not a single bad game on Thursday Night Football Steelers vs Browns being the worst on the slate is something I will not complain about

@DiBonaNFL All 3 games feature one team that didn't make the playoffs last year and zero teams that made the conference championships. Absolutely no guarantee that this slate of games is amazing.

There is usually at least one underwhelming game in the NFL on Thanksgiving Day. That won’t be the case next season. Look at this! 1:00 PM: Bears @ Lions 4:30 PM: Eagles @ Cowboys 8:20 PM: Chiefs @ Bills That’s an elite slate of holiday football. 😮‍💨

@Drewzzzz2026 @hovah76 Yeah, because the team ownership is going to pick the head coach over the biggest star in the league. Just like if a head coach hated LeBron, they'd just bench Bron and keep the coach, right?

@Boiling_Oceans @hr_unhinged Perhaps, but also in fairness, if you're considering a candidate to work for you but can't even trust them with a guest wifi password, you're an idiot.

I cannot believe a candidate actually asked me for the guest network password today. We were settling into the glass conference room for a data analyst interview. He opened his laptop and casually requested our Wi-Fi credentials to load his presentation. I asked him why he felt entitled to our bandwidth before signing an NDA. I told him that relying on external connectivity demonstrates a terrifying lack of offline preparedness. If the internet goes down, does his value as an employee vanish with it? I slammed his laptop shut and escorted him to the elevator. He will not be working here.

The idea of New York “owning” Philadelphia is laughable - The Eagles are 28-8 against the Giants since 2008, including a 38-7 playoff win - Saquon Barkley left the Giants for the Eagles and rushed for 2,000 yards and won a Super Bowl - The Eagles have won 2 Super Bowls since the Giants’ last division title - The Eagles are 12-1 all-time vs the Jets - Phillies and Yankees both have 1 WS since 2000 - Phillies have 7 division titles/2 pennants/1 WS the last 20 years - Mets have 2 division titles/0 pennants/0 WS the last 20 years You can have the Knicks/Sixers matchup.

@Mr_Husky1 I admired her work in film and with animal ls but I can’t help but think a Covid vaccine or vaccines played a role in her stroke and demise. I’m only speculating that she got the vax but most older people did.

"On the morning of December 31, 2021, Betty White was awake by 6:30 a.m. in her longtime Brentwood home in Los Angeles. It was a quiet Friday. By 8 a.m., her housekeeper arrived, bringing in the newspaper and preparing her usual breakfast—toast, sliced cantaloupe, and a small cup of coffee. Betty kept her routines precise. Even at 99, she cherished early mornings, filling the silence with scripts or crossword puzzles while the neighborhood still slept. Her assistant, Kiersten Mikelas, came later to sort through correspondence and fan mail. The day before, Betty had reviewed a tribute video for her 100th birthday, only 17 days away. She laughed, scribbled notes, and asked about the turnout for a virtual celebration tied to “Betty White: 100 Years Young.” That morning, nothing felt unusual. She even joked with Kiersten about New Year’s Eve. “Tell the world I’m not partying this year,” she said, “but I’ll expect fireworks anyway.” By noon, she withdrew to her favorite place—the sunlit living room. It was filled with photos of Allen Ludden, her beloved pets, and decades of framed tributes. Large windows opened to the backyard where her golden retrievers once ran. She had outlived most of her friends. Though she had no children, Allen’s three kids remained close, especially her stepdaughter Sarah. That morning, she spoke with her manager, Jeff Witjas, sounding calm and reflective. “She said she felt good,” he later recalled, “and proud of her life.” Then she added softly, “I think Allen’s going to be happy to see me soon.” Her final screen work had been years earlier, lending her voice to “Forky Asks a Question.” She had also narrated a wildlife documentary in 2020. Though she slowed during the pandemic, her mind stayed sharp. She still wrote to fans by hand, always with humor. By 12:30 p.m., Betty rested in her recliner. When her housekeeper checked in around 1 p.m., she appeared asleep. But by 1:30, something had changed. Betty had passed peacefully, the television tuned to “Jeopardy!” and a crossword folded neatly beside her. Paramedics confirmed it later that afternoon. The cause—a stroke she had experienced days earlier, kept private. She had declined hospitalization, choosing instead the comfort of home. Days before, she recorded a message for her birthday tribute. Looking into the camera, she smiled. “I’ve loved every single minute you’ve given me. Keep smiling, and keep being kind.” She had lived for decades in that same house, never wanting to leave the memories behind. Animals still filled her world—rescues, birds, even raccoons she quietly named. Years later, those closest to her remember the same thing: her curiosity, her warmth, her lightness. And in the end, there were no crowds—only sunlight through the windows, a quiet breeze from the garden, and a life that gently came to rest exactly where it had always belonged. "

Fun fact: Christopher Nolan's "Odyssey" cast already chased away half the audience - and it's the EDUCATED half that would actually appreciate a movie like this: Matt Damon: Called a Trump presidency “nervous-making" and said there’s no way we can let this guy be the president. John Leguizamo: Told Latino Trump voters not to come to his shows or watch his movies and called supporting Trump self-hate. Anne Hathaway: Posted “TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS” while attacking Trump for erasing transgender protections. Zendaya: Posted “Vote this mf out” about Trump in 2020. Charlize Theron: Has repeatedly slammed Trump on immigration, women’s rights, and LGBTQ issues. Lupita Nyong’o: Supported voting against Trump-era policies and progressive causes. Jon Bernthal: Called Trump supporters “misguided, lost, and afraid” and told alt-right fans to F— themselves. ELLEN/Elliot Page: Extremely vocal against Trump/Vance and Republican policies on trans issues. All this is enough to keep me from buying a ticket. How about you?

Jerry Jeudy is such an airhead 😭. He almost fumbled this touchdown by doing that backflip before getting into the end-zone 🫣. This is who Shedeur has to deal with 😑.

Fellow Shedeur Fans: The Browns Love Shedeur Sanders and his following. Don’t let the haters wear you down. It’s usually either a click move from the media or nonsense from self loathing boomers. Or projection from millennial incels who live in their aunt's basement.

Following up. When the Titans picked him, you could hear a gasp all around the arena. We were all kind stunned. I think the Browns were too. They chose value over Tyson. Picking a fat guy over a Touchdown maker was very underwhelming for the crowd. Our picks don't suck, but they didn't splash.
