fantastic nyc-dsa @AOC forum tonight. an incredible deliberative process without parallel, elected officials and leadership speaking on equal footing with membership. for as much despair as there is in national and world politics right now, the future is bright!

When we build a serious political organization individual victories dont flash in the pan. They build power. AOC staked out an unapologetic left vision tonight built in part on Zohran changing the landscape with his win- which would have been impossible if she didnt win in 2018.

We should not send one more single cent to this evil government.

I've met many people like Dr. Valdés-Sosa in Havana. It's a striking thing about Cuba, how many people the country has produced that are genuine, warm, shining examples of humanity. Beautiful men and women. It makes you shake with rage at the stupidity and evil of US policy.
