I had the opportunity to sit down with Matt Mauro on FOX31's ‘Colorado Point of View’ to speak directly to Coloradans about what's at stake in this election.

We covered the issues that matter most… the crushing cost of living, reckless spending, and a leadership vacuum that has left Colorado families struggling.

I am not a career politician and I never will be. Colorado deserves a governor who has actually been tested, who has served, sacrificed, and delivered results when they counted most.

This state is worth fighting for and I will not stop until we restore the leadership, fiscal responsibility, and common sense that Coloradans have been waiting for.

I would love to know what group or entity rigged Prop 114 to pass lol, didn’t get the support of any major Dem politician. I can’t believe there is an entity that can rig any election they want in CO, but didn’t rig Amndmnt 76, which clarified only a citizen can vote (same year) Also, someone might want to let them know that Democrats have been trying to repeal TABOR for like 20 years—it would really help the Dem agenda if they could rig the next statewide amendment to repeal that. The evidence from 2020 is clear, almost all down ballot Republicans outperformed Trump—focusing on the Presidential results hide the fact that what Colorado voters want is moderate Republicans. Colorado’s elections aren’t rigged, the COGOP just keeps shooting themselves in the foot by fielding bad candidates or not supporting the moderate ones who have a chance to win.

Buried underneath a Colorado avalanche of mail-in cheat in 2020 (Biden +13.5% despite the largest GOP nominee increase in votes in 4 elections)… A proposition (Prop 114) to reintroduce gray wolves to the state passed by a measly 1.8% and has caused nothing but problems for about 90% of the land mass making up modern Cali-rado. Peel back hundreds of thousands of fake votes caused by mass mail-in voting and corrupted registration and you find a 6-ish point blue Colorado with sanity on stupid down ballot propositions going down in flames. The damage all the way down the ballot caused by quasi elections cannot be understated.

Colorado is the gold standard of elections. Case in point. Neither of my sons have lived with me in many years. However, they still send their election ballots to my address. I suspect the voter rolls are far from accurate in Colorado . We need the SAVE Act to pass.

There's a reasonable argument that Peters' sentence was a little too harsh but it's wrong to suggest that these cases are very similar. Peters attacked our elections. Jaquez Lewis was a bad boss who then lied to try to saver herself but her actions had no impact on the perception of the fairness of our elections or government. Peters' crime was much worse and had victims (i.e. voters). Jaquez Lewis' crime is not in the same league. So, while you might commute Peters' sentence, you're making a significant legal and ethical mistake by talking about these two women's crimes as if they're basically the same. And you're giving aid and comfort to the enemy. (I don't mean the enemy of your party because I'm not a Democrat, but to the enemies of rationality and the rule of law.)
