The rooms don’t have much in them, no kettle, no fridge, no iron- I asked for one but was allowed only 1 hour for free and then had to pay €50. They called me within 50 mins of having it in my room. #badcustomerservice #hotelhell DO NOT BOOK HERE!

When my German-speaking friend tried to help with a discussion on how another friend was being charged for 2 breakfasts (€22 each) when only one person in the room had it. She was told “mind your own business” by the receptionists. All of them seemed to hate their job tbh (2/3)

Tried to give #RoomzVienna a review on @bookingcom but they said because booked through a partner (?) I couldn’t. They only have positive reviews on the site. Our experience (6 people) was atrocious. Got charge €4.20 for half a cup of boiling water and yelled (1/3)

@KLM @alevicencio Our luggage on the @transavia flight (delayed nearly two hours) arrived two days late coming here, hopefully it’ll arrive on time this time. I wouldn’t fly with a @KLM partner to Spain again given the various problems we’ve had. As Ale says, @KLM prices but low-cost service. #klm

No access to airport lounge for @KLM Gold members at Alicante airport as they partner with Transavia, a low-cost airline. As you book with KLM you do pay their high prices, though. Not sure it’s worth keeping the membership with these conditions 🤔 #disappointed
