If Im racing a marathon and on track for a PB and we're 400m from the line and I see my best friend lying on the floor he must know that I love him and would do anything for him but I'll run straight past and come check on him later to make sure he's ok 🫡

Every single docuseries, NetFlix film, YouTube stream, TikTok, WHATEVER shows how elite marathoners prep their bottles. They all discuss their fueling strategy per Xkm. To assume Korir and Lokedi didn’t fuel as needed later in the race is just such an ODD take to have lol.

@Paws00780531 @jimi357 @scottfaubs I feel like super trainers, being less aggressive than a race day shoe, are a good way to expose your lower body to similar types of stress as a super shoe, without the full brunt of the experience. In other words, a good middle ground between super shoe and regular trainer

THE YEAR OF ZOUHAIR 🇺🇸 In the first four months of 2026, Zouhair Talbi has cemented himself of one of the greatest-ever American marathoners, following up his 2:05:45 from Houston in January with a 2:03:45 in Boston, the first ever sub-2:04 in any race by an American. Talbi hit halfway in 13th place and split 61:56-62:49 to mow down the field to finish fifth overall.

Goes without saying that this was one of the most incredible things as yesterday’s Boston Marathon. Calli Hauger-Thackery had a trapped nerve on mile five, had to go to the medical tent on mile 11 and had two toilet breaks before mile 13. She still ran 2:43:58 whilst being 22 weeks pregnant.

Calli Hauger-Thackery has just finished the Boston Marathon in 2:43:58, with the Brit doing it whilst 22 weeks pregnant. The 33-year-old, who has a marathon best of 2:21:24, also won the Honolulu Marathon (2:30:43) when she was four weeks pregnant and then triumphed over 26.2 miles in Houston (2:24:17) one month later. 📸 Kevin Morris

For the swimmers, if you haven’t tried the Effortless Swimming goggles, you really should get a pair. They are worth ALL the hype. Crystal clear, absolutely 0 fog ever, and they stay on. I never need to adjust them. 0 leaks & large, deep lenses so that you’ve got a wide FOV 🏊🏾‍♀️
