Can be a smart play with Upper/Lower splits IMO.
Full upper sessions can get pretty jam packed with work.
Instead of tagging biceps at the end of an upper…put them at the start of lower when fresh.
Won’t have a net negative on your subsequent leg work either.
Plus the bicep work with be better quality as you’re fresh.
