@PeterSchiff Why when a stock goes down does it somehow go back up? Eventually people see a price target that they see as a good value. Are you just rage baiting or are you really this stupid?

All of the price forecasts for Bitcoin assume demand rises. But why should it? Most people who own Bitcoin are losing money. When investors in Bitcoin get tired of losing money demand for Bitcoin should decline. If Bitcoin is going down, why would people who don't own it buy any?

@elchicanomarine Perhaps it’s part of the hiring much like Harvard doesn’t just allow every 4.9GPA student with 54 extra curricular activities. Harvard only accepts people that they know will be successful with, or without Harvard. So people believe Harvard did it. They had nothing to do with it

I’ll explain this like you’re five: People who spend decades researching complicated problems sometimes change their minds based on evidence. That’s called learning. If most experts in a field reach similar conclusions, your first question shouldn’t be, “Why are they all left-wing?” It should be, “What do they know that I don’t?” This really isn’t the flex you think it is.
Rothmus 🏴@Rothmus

Your median professor sits so far left that AOC, Sanders, and Warren would count as moderates in any faculty lounge. Faculty from 55 elite universities form one towering blue spike of ideology far out on the left, density exploding past 6, with virtually nothing on the conservative side. This was built through decades of selective hiring, social enforcement, and the systematic purge of dissent. And because they credential the people who run media, law, government, and tech, the monoculture leaks into every elite institution downstream.

@TedPillows Bitcoin going to even $75k would lift things like Solana to $100+ or ADA to 0.25, or XRP and SUI up to $1.50 so Bitcoin is a tide that lifts all boats. But, look where when BTC moves 1%, and find the ones that move 5% from that. TAO right now will easily hit $400 at a $75k BTC

Bitfinex whales' $BTC long positions are now at a 2.5-year high. Historically, the whales build their long positions during a downtrend. And once they start closing the longs aggressively, Bitcoin will pump. For now, it seems like whales aren't expecting a mega pump.

@PX_Aino @TedPillows The real move isn’t gonna be the profit on bitcoin. It’s gonna be on ADA, SUI, Solana, XRP, TAO, Hyper…the ones that move 5% when BTC runs up 1%. I’ve lowered my position down to just 5BTC from 42 and taken the rest and spread it among 31 others. A rising tide lifts all boats

@TedPillows To be honest, I don't think there will be a significant upward trend, but that's not necessarily true. I believe that once it breaks through $65,000, there will be a huge upward surge

I met cute girl in Thailand on a business trip, we hit it off, and we’ve been married 2 years. She gives me great blowjobs almost every day, but she won’t let me go down on her or have sex with her. She’s never even let me see her fully naked. Is this a cultural thing or what?

@T54321X @InTheAssembly Logic would say this is true, however there are so many metrics across the board to see it coming now that this is not actually a real thing. It won’t catch us off guard. You can watch daily things like the VIX/Cboe index and know when the market will fall

@salahuddin2004 @saylor @Strategy Man, shorting crypto has got to be one of the most idiotic things a person can do. It is 100% gambling at that point. There is no logic behind it going up or down significantly beyond a nuke being dropped or AI being proven a scam or micron numbers being proven fraudulent

@cryptorover Won’t go under $1500 so buy as much as you can now and as often as you can. I had my limit buy set up at $1,550 and locked in 75 at that price. Just cause I have one set at $1,450 for another 100 just in case but I doubt it will happen.

EVERY TIME ERIC TRUMP TURNS BULLISH ON ETH... DISASTER FOLLOWS. His February "great time to add ETH" call was followed by a 51% crash. His August celebration of ETH shorts getting liquidated came before another 62% collapse. Now... He's bullish again.

@TheBTCTherapist I personally bought back in at $63k. I’d sold my 10 BTC on the last bull run starting at $100k sold my first 1, then as it went higher I sold more every step of the way. When it started to drop under $119k I sold the rest. That was with a buy in of $31,257 each. Cry more

The world wants me to die. My incurable disease diagnosis became global news. It was omnipresent on social media and 1,900 articles were written in a matter of days. Many were saddened. However, joy dominated the commentary. People pointed to schadenfreude, the pleasure of another's failure. Yes, there’s that. There is a special place in people’s hearts that loves to see others fail, especially when that person’s presence threatens their own psychological stability in some way or helps them feel better about themselves. But, if you look over the social media commentary about me, you’ll see that pattern: “he deserved it.” I deserved it because I challenged death. The crowd was running a deeply rooted psychological script that represents the oldest, most deeply embedded stories of human culture. This was the first story ever written down, 4,000 years ago. Gilgamesh sought eternal life after losing someone he loved, only to have the plant of youth stolen by a serpent as he bathed. Leaving him to accept his mortality. Asclepius became so skilled at rejuvenation that he raised the dead. As punishment, Zeus struck him down with a thunderbolt to enforce life and death authority. This is the story of Jesus. Pontius Pilate offered a choice between a thief and the immortalist, and the crowd demanded the execution. People need this story conclusion to keep themselves sane. The challenger must lose and the loss must appear deserved. It’s a shield of self preservation. For if death is inevitable, their existence and that of their loved ones is justified and unavoidable. If death is not inevitable, nothing about their reality is safe. I occupy the same philosophical and archetypal position as Gilgamesh, Asclepius and Jesus. This statement will draw outrage and accusations of blasphemy, hubris and narcissism. Nevertheless, it’s the pattern that has repeated itself for thousands of years. Death has been the omnipresent concern of the human race. It encapsulates our greatest fears, joy and curiosities. The discourse around it changes over time; however, the fundamentals remain unchanged. What’s different about this moment, that is unlike any other moment, is that physical death may no longer be inevitable. What if I didn’t deserve it? And what if I am your ally, and not a threat?

@GavinNewsom No matter what happens it isn’t gonna drop under $1500 so even if it draws back down to the maximum level you will be down 10-15%. Hopefully that happens cause I have another $100k to drop into ETH and take the profit that comes over the next 12 months. Get in now guys! Or regret

@uhonyn @crypto_birb This is exactly the mentality needed in crypto. Just put a chunk in, and every week or every other day add more. When it drops below your average price buy more, drops 5% below add even more, and don’t use money that you need in the next 12-18 months just so it doesn’t matter

We're at 64k. Statistically, not much upside left. Let me explain. We're now where bitcoin was at 46k in 2022 before falling to 15.5k or at 13.9k in 2018 before dropping 3.2k. Both times, the bear wasn't done. July is positive. In midterm years average +10.52%. We opened at 58.5k so math lands us at 63.4-64.6k. But Q3 is set to destroy the bulls. Midterm Aug-Sept is -16.68% avg. Verdict is small bump then down. The cycle isn't done reminding you what it is. Thoughts?
