@AmazonHelp After 45 minutes of asking for an e-mail address or form to complain to, I have finally been given customer-attachment-requests@amazon.co.uk Is this correct? I don't trust anything they said as it was all wrong about my account

@AmazonUK Been "transferred" four times on chat...still no closer to a refund for non delivered items or details on how to escalate my complaint. The last person vanished without even replying!
